Love the location , steps away from the park, hotel has friendly staff and the activities were fun. Also, the hotel has a beautiful boardwalk , very relaxing walk. The hotel is very kid friendly ;bathrooms have small toilet seats and step stools.

Although the hotel has three restaurants, the food option is not great. Bricks dinner Buffett was inedible, shipwrecks was overpriced and skyline ( the best tasting of the three) just didn’t have enough options. Breakfast was decent. Hotel has only two elevators and during peak hours you will be waiting a long time. Also be aware everything is located in the lobby, restaurants, play area , gift shop, registration. During the peak hours ( 9 am and 5 pm)it is overcrowded and crazy.

The only thing we didn’t like was guest put there kids in the Lego pits like ball pits. Some had bare feet & all I thought was someone’s getting ring worm….

Amazing property, clean, fun for kids, putt putt golf and fire pit in back for smores both at an additional charge . Lake in the back is so beautiful! When we headed to the park it was right around the corner.

The staff forgot to tell us to get a slip for our car when we parked it , luckily my husband saw some people with it in there car and had to ask. Also at 4 am someone was leaf blowing for an hour right by our window . Also the free breakfast was so terrible the kids even said it. Cold food, not enough food, took a long time to get it and when we asked for more eggs it came out cold again. The next day we ate off the property .

The hotel was beautifully decorated in the Lego theme. The staff was overall very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, filling and plentiful although the bacon was too crispy. The hotel activities were welcomed and enjoyable.

The water in the bathroom was tepid. We clearly indicated that there were 5 guests and we never had enough towels or rags. Only 2 Lego sets were left each day although we indicated there were 3 children. The pirate’s pool was closed and the door leading to the pool was locked trapping my family between the two doors until another person came in.

My grandkids loved the bunkbeds and space provided to them it made them feel like it was their secret place. we loved the breakfast that was complementary with our stay, and the servers at breakfast were great. we all had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again in the near future. We stayed in the beach resort cottages, and we loved the quietness.

there were only a couple of things that we didn't like. First is the water slide over at the hotel did not open until 4pm and one of the biggest things my grandkids and myself love is swimming, so the kids were waiting all day for the slide to open and when it was supposed to open it started raining. Not sure why they would have the slide there but keep it closed all day. One other thing that I found to be a stupid rule is the kids were not allowed to play with little 4" squirt guns in the pool. the lifeguard told us they could not be used.

Staying here is just really the cherry on top of a fun visit to Legoland Florida. Our 8-year old was happy with all the lego details in the room, the model builder session and the hotel evening entertainment. Staff is extremely friendly, dinner was great.

Breakfast was only served in the Shipwreck Restaurant as Bricks restaurant was closed and I personally would have preferred the buffet option in Bricks. In Shipwreck you get a predetermined skillet filled with breakfast items and you maybe would not have chosen those items or those quantities. I like fruits for breakfast and you only get a very mini serving, you have to ask for it seperate... Shipwreck is great for dinner, not so much breakfast.

Autumn the day Manager solve any problem all the problems my Family and myself are considered to return to LEGOLAND and the most important is the warmth of the all Staff and Maria from FrontDesk Brandi Restaurant.

At the Restaurants both we visited we could pay with the Card at the Front Office it wasn’t possible…At any attempt or try.. Unusual at least …But as I said above Miss Autumn solved everything We never forget her competence nicely spread with All The Kindness somebody can give

Its great for kids with entertainment , the property is cute, the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating.

The rooms felt small for the price and the food was not great quality, the eggs were instant egg and the meats felt,of cheap quality in all restaurants even shipwrecks, it sucks that they dont have natural juices this is a place for kids and i feel the food should match that,and be as nutritional as possible at least in the hotel, natural juices, better quality meats and for god sakes better coffee for the parents the coffee is awful no amount of cream and sugar can make it good and i gave it a chance more than once . For the price that everyone pays i feel that should at least be decent.

The incredible attention to detail, the never ending theming, the perfect set up so that parents can relax and enjoy their meal while the kids are entertained, the SAFE environment for little climbers/runners, the EXCELLENT customer service.. I could seriously go on and on… we had SUCH an amazing stay, and will DEFINITELY come back when we are in Florida. The only downside is that there is no LEGO hotel in Hawaii!

The parking attendant charged us for parking even though we told him we were hotel guests.. asked if I had paid for parking as part of the hotel reservation, so we paid $50. The hotel staff let us know that we were not supposed to pay for parking as we were hotel guests (which is what I had thought), and let us know that it could be refunded at guest services. It was a quick and easy fix, and staff was very helpful. Perhaps the parking attendant should just know not to charge guests for parking🤷🏻‍♀️ but a TINY problem compared to the amazing

The whole experience went really amazing. My wife has a service dog and everyone was very accommodating and respectful. I couldn't be happier with our stay, the facilities in the bungalows, the common areas (Bartenders were fantastic), and the park were great, and the way the included breakfast was served was pretty cool with a more family focus but more laid back and fewer lines then the big parks in Orlando. Well worth the visit, and I wish we could have stayed a few more days, even with the bad weather from a hurricane moving in it was a great time. I also noticed that there were signs in many places with warnings for adults and children who might have disabilities, or be what they would call "Neurodivergent" nowadays, so that was a really cool touch since my wife has PTSD, my nephew autism, and we have many friends in the deaf/blind community with special needs, so it's always cool to see that they are being considered in park planning for inclusion.

The only thing I really disliked was the pricing, as it was a bit high for the stay. Furthermore, the high food and drink prices and almost miniscule portion sizes (Mainly food), were kind of annoying but didn't detract too much from the overall experience. There were also a few rides down in the park that we could not try due to multiple reasons. But none of these issues were in any way a dealbreaker, and the park and bungalows are definitely worth the visit, even for adults.
