Well located in Marianna

Made reservations a month in advance and when we arrived on Sept 2nd we did not have rooms. we made reservations on booking.com and got confirmation and so forth. When we arrived they said that we were supposed to check in on Sept 1 and check out on Sept 2nd, so. they let our rooms go to someone else, when I show her our ticket from booking.com with confirmation # and everything, she said she didn't know what happened cause she was off day before. She found us rooms , it wasn't what we had but we had a place to lay our heads, thank goodness.

The residence inn offered good value for money large clean rooms well looked after and no issues , comfortable beds good selection of pillows , fridge , microwave all clean and working good shower with ample towels , my only gripe the signage to the hotel is really small we arrived in the middle of a rain storm and it was nearly dark iI passed the hotel 3 times before realising its elevated off the road and the electronic sign below for real estate drowns out the small sign atop a pole , get a bigger sign . Otherwise a good stay would stay again

Staff was amazing, I looked at every hotel on Priceline and booking .com and I tell you what if you look long enough at any reviews on any hotel you see ppl saying oh I seen bugs or some sort of complaint but I am so glad I stayed , room was great and staff was great and property was beautiful. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks to the wonderful friendly staff.

Great price, not far off the expressway, friendly staff, plenty of lighting, mega channels & TV guide, 2 trash cans, shower had separate knobs for hot & cold (rather than just one handle, refrigerator, cheapest gas next door. Also, they provided a discount card for future stays.

Althought the property was a bit "dated" they did a good job of remodeling. Any imperfections were reflected in the low price. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for our trip… close to food and shopping Room was comfortable, overall quiet place

People roaming the property in and out made me feel a little off… In the room the ac leaked and the faucet leaked…there was no soap available to do laundry but those were minor inconveniences since we only stayed two nights

I loved the friendly atmosphere and staff how easy it was to get the kids to food and drink and how the kids loved the way they were treated and how they were able to play and swim and socialize with the other children that were around it was really nice

I liked everything about this place

During the time of our stay we got to get know the staff and owner of the hotel. They are very sweet people and are doing such a great job. I don't have any complaints on any subject. They all work so hard and put their heart into everything they do. They immediately treated us like family instead of just another guest or random person.

I didn't like the fact that booking.com is charging more than $600 over the price that they have set for any of their own rates.

the professional customer service. I absolutely love how the overnight worker treats and looks out for me. she treats me like family and just met me a week or so ago. she is the best hotel assistant I have ever come across in my life. thank you

Very clean. Well located for finding places to eat.

While the price for the room was reasonable, the "extra $50 deposit" was a bit disconcerting. Why is this fee collected, albeit temporarily? I did receive the credit back, but other than a blurb on my copy of the reservation, there was NO LOGICAL explanation for this deposit. Having stayed in numerous hotel/motels in this country, this was the first occurrence of such a fee. My suggestion is to can the fee, you've already go the credit card information and if something is broken, stolen, or soiled, the situation could then be resolved.

The beds were so comfortable. Our room smelled very clean & sterile. The outside area was amazing for the toddlers we had. they got to play some before we departed. Next time we’re in Marianna, We will stay again! hoping the pool is open next time.

We asked for enough towels for our family of 5 & Didn’t have them when we got there. However, after visiting the front desk, we were given towels!
