Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonifay, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast is excellent. The employees in breakfast area and front desk are exceptional. They are wonderful. The breakfast attendant is a male. I don't know his name. But he has been there the 2 times I have stayed there. He is the best!!! Cleans tables constantly. Keeps everything stocked. The hotel is just perfect. The best I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is beyond amazing. So many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was good for a stop over. Breakfast was included which is a plus when traveling with kids. Front desk was nice

Although front desk was friendly, you can tell she was overworked and shortstaffed. She was being bombarded with guests and calls and trying to handle issues alone. Room could have been cleaner. I'm thinking they are understaffed here too. And although there was breakfast, some items were missing, like gravy for the biscuits

The included breakfast was really nice & filled us up for the day. Staff was super friendly from our check-in to our cleaning attendees. Location was close enough for all our activities- Cypress Springs, PCB Beach 45min. away, Econfina Creek & Jackson Blue Springs. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Definitely will stay again!

Our shower nob was broken and didn't know it until taking a shower..lol But I figured it out and was able to take a shower. Bathroom could use some more places to hang your towels to dry.

only spent one night but very helpful staff.. very clean and comfy room, bed with microwave and fridge. the breakfast was phenomenal … eggs, omelette pancakes, sausage and gravy.. hot cinnamon rolls…ate at a quaint restaurant, castaway seafood across the street.. excellent food and service

nothing.. small gym.. only one treadmill which was in use when I needed it and nowhere to walk or run safely outdoors because no sidewalks

The location was great. Very quiet. Small town but had good facilities near the hotel for food.

They're still remodeling, according to the manager whom I spoke with. Therefore, our room looked dirty; the phones need replacing (we couldn't dial from our room to the front desk using the quick dial button); the AC had a weird gap in it and we couldn't find the controller for it on the wall. Manager said to come back later in 2023 to see all the finished improvements. We will be giving them another chance since the staff was excellent and treated us super well.

The room was spacious and clean. Smelled good. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We had asked for an extra bed and didn't get it. They said it was because we booked through booking com, but if that's the case, I feel that extras should not be available in booking. Com because we were counting on it and nothing had been said that the hotel doesn't abide by it.

Best sleep we've had in a while. The buffet was great. The staff there were really helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend spending a few extra dollars for a clean, safe place to stay.

Entryway light could've been a little brighter and would've rather the desk on the other side of the TV

The front desk was staffed by Rheba. She was a perfect intro to the property. My reservation was quickly processed, she put my wife and me in a wonderful room, that was clean well stocked, quiet and easy to access. She answered all my questions clearly and in a warm welcoming manner. A great night started at the front door! In the morning there was real food for breakfast. Eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fresh hot pastry.

The juice dispenser was partially down or out of 3 flavors. The one that remained though was one of my favorites.

The beds and breakfast were amazing. I got a great nights sleep and woke up to a breakfast that left nothing to desire. It was a great stay and I will always stay here while in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area because it is considerably better than most of all the hotels within miles.

Breakfast is much more diverse than similarly priced motels. I found everything of correct temperature, but overheard another guest complaining that food was cold. Pool was clean and towels were available. Note: sign about towels contained misspelled word.

Price for rooms change by the hour. I was quoted 2 weeks after I stayed there, a price on room that was substantially higher. The value for the dollar is not fairly represented.
