The Staff there are Amazing! All were kind, professional, and very helpful. I had an issue with the reservation, what was listed on Booking was not correct and we ended up with the wrong room. Once I realized the discrepancy, all the rest of the rooms were already booked. They had a Cabin available and they were able to get me into one for a slight upcharge which really wasnt that much more considering how nice the cabin was. The Casino was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised since I had no idea that there was even a casino in the area. Wonderful experience altogether, would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back soon.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and the room was so comfortable and clean. Much bigger than we thought we when booked online. The front desk clerk was very helpful and very knowledgeable of that area and the local restaurants. Since we were traveling so long, and we took all the information she gave us and went to a nice place to eat. This is one place I told my husband we must come back. I would highly recommend going here because it is outside the city, and it is peaceful and quiet.

The one thing is that you need to have patience when taking a shower because you have to give time for the hot water to reach its level. That is the only thing.

We couldn’t love this place more. This is where we come for just no reason even or special dates, we only live in Panama City fl but we love coming just to get away. Everything is ALWAYS pretty much perfect.

The fact it isn’t overwhelming to be there. Now days it’s just nice not to be crazy with people and commotion.

The entire place is very clean and nicely kept all around. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The security person was visible and patrolling the grounds inside and out which made us feel very comfortable. Did I mention it was clean? Because it smelled good, looked good and I didn’t have issue letting our toddler romp around not only our room but also the common areas.

My only knock on this place is the lack of amenities. They don’t have some common in room things like a coffee maker in the room or a smart TV. I feel petty even mentioning these things because our experience was so good. But it would be perfect with a few little amenities and if there was something other than TV for my kiddos to do outside or in the common areas.

There was no breakfast, we stayed in one of the cabins due to overbooking. Location was a plus based on our needs. Facilities look pretty fresh and new, and we appreciated the fact that accommodations were better than a typical motel.

Would have liked to see a garbage can or trash can in the dinette area. Also, some paper towels in the same area would be a nice touch. It probably would be helpful if there were instructions about using the TV and heating unit. Overall facilities are very nice and quite, and this is our second time to stay in one of the cabins. Perhaps we can stay in one of the rooms in the lodge on our next trip South.

The staff was friendly from checking in and checking out. The cabin experience without traveling far was a bonus. I love how quite and peaceful it was. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I will be back

Everything. Location is easy to get to from the highway and yet the long driveway provides seclusion from any traffic noise. The lodge is beautiful outside and gorgeous inside. The scenery and view is so calming. Our room was fabulous- Very spacious, comfy, beautiful furnishings. The bathroom was outstanding! The walk-in shower was AWESOME. The entire facility was extremely well maintained and clean. Above all the office supervisor is very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and places to get great food. We will be making this our go to spot for future trips.

Closest restaurants were a minimum of 15 minute drive the opposite way of which we were traveling.

Nothing to complain about, other than no coffee pot in the room and this was due to Covid. They did have one in the lobby, which is beautiful
