The staff was very good. A gentleman at the front desk named D and Ali were very accommodating and patient. I thought the hotel was lucky to have such good kind people holding down the whole place. It has a homey feel to the place, I even met a friend staying here too. The rooms are nice the beds are comfy and didn't have to pay and arm and a leg. This is my new hidden gem. Thank you D and Ali, than you notebook Miami for accommodating me.

Hotel has a lovely nostalgic, quaint feel, neat, clean, great ‘street view’ lobby. Room is small, nice and cozy. Bed is comfortable. Microwave in coffee/vending room. Toured the 3 floors because of the Hollywood Stars posters all around. Location is great, with a 3 minute stroll to the beach, and 5 minutes walk to stores and restaurants.

Nothing that wasn’t fixable or intolerable, Tiny bars of soap, Needed a working TV Remote, Small, short table, One chair, Two people can’t fit in bathroom at the same time, Parking lot is in a challenging location with a high curb to go up and down, and it backs out onto a major, busy street.

I neaded to leave my booked and paid room at the holiday in next door in Miami Beach, because of my snoring, my room mate could not stand it anymore:-) I felt bad, but this place was great for me as I did not want to pay another 200$ again per night for a new room in the same hotel from what I have already paid. This hotel offered a very basic room at a very basic price, it was all I needed at this stage👍 aircon was working perfectly, huge bed and peace of mind. It‘s all other than a luxury place but clean and I felt comfortable and was very happy to have found it so spontaneously and close! Very original staff/team, a bit rude but very remeberable👍😄😄😄

Nice room with a great view of the bay! Excellent value for the area. Super quick walk to the beach. Building is a bit old, reminds me a bit of staying with friends in nyc, but it was clean and comfortable and everything works well enough. They also have a secure room for luggage storage, making this a great option for a quick escape to the beach!

Toilet had to be flushed 2x each time to get all the paper down, but not really an issue to do.

Clean, easy to find, quick and easy check in . It was just as advertised. Lots of small restaurants and shops nearby. Clean quiet hotel even though it was full . Not at the busy end of the beach but was easy bus access to the night life and to the airport. Highly recommend if you don't want the Hussle and noise of south beach.

Nothing to dislike as far as I'm concerned. Enjoy!

The staff, particularly Christopher (I pray I got that right), was very welcoming and kind on my arrival. He was patient with my questions and showed enthusiasm for the reason for my trip… to celebrate my niece 21st birthday. He even wished her Happy birthday as we were checking out. I will be back.

Coulda use face towels. Christopher accommodate my request for more towels and I made it work.

The location is just great. Very convenient to get from the airport. And the hotel is easy to reach from anywhere. There is CVS nearby and you can buy everything you need there. To the beach 5 minutes walk. The room is not big. Fairly clean. The bed is fresh. The bathroom is small. There is only one towel. The room has a refrigerator, alarm clock, TV, free wi-fi.

A little more towels need to be added as this is a sea town.

Friendly helpful staff, room met price expectations, location is great for beach, CVS, good restaurants, etc. We were expecting problems based on reviews (like no hot water) but had no issues that were mentioned so we were relieved and very much enjoyed our stay!

Actually not a complaint but I forgot to tell staff that the bed (room 320) needs some fixing on the bottom - some loose bolts and stuff (hopefully you'll see this!) Otherwise I would agree with other reviews about sound but have stayed in many hotels where sound is an issue so not unique to this one.

I loved the decór at this hotel very nice touch, the location because it is close to the beach and of course the front desk was very helpful with our reservation.

I didn’t like that the parking fee was not mentioned at the time of the booking! I think that should be known to people who come out of town and that breakfast was not included I think at least to go bags are a must in a hotel.

It were very close to everything, close beach , walking distance I love it!

Limited parking space I left before my departure date because we didn’t sleep all night paying every 3/h till 3:am . I asked my receptionist to help of any vacancy at the hotel parking and crazy the way he were  sarcastic.
