Location was awesome

Very disappointed with only 2 Beach chairs per room when each room has 4 guests and we paid for 2 rooms then wanted more money for 4 additional beach chairs when more than half were empty. Forced half my family to split up and sit at the pool which we could have paid less off the beach to sit at a pool. Terrible idea for a beach side hotel to charge guests for beach chairs. Won't stay again if this rule still applies...

Chantina, Maria, and David made the trip. Chantina was so friendly and helpful at the front desk. Maria remembered our breakfast order every morning. David was able to answer all of our questions about directions and activities in the area.

There was only one elevator working for most of our trip but it didn’t affect our stay.

Customer service was great.The front desk was very accommodating, as were the valet parking attendants, restaurant employees,housekeeping, and the young man who helped us with our luggage.

Rooms were a bit dated. The bed were not too comfy, but ok. The bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade... a bit small, and the faucet wasn't working properly. Overall, it was OK for my stay

Nice location right on the beach, renovating at the moment but looks clean and nice. Comfy bed, pool access and beach access is included (with beach chairs and umbrellas). A great location if you do not want to stay downtown (city). Short walk to a supermarket and Starbucks also direct access to the beach walking track.

Will be great when all the Reno’s are done but they did not impact our stay

Hotel recently remodelled, and looks much better than previously. Hotel services have also been upgraded, along with the staff service offered. It is in a good place, easy to travel to and from, directly on beach, towels and loungers in part of the hotel cost. Much better than before. Even the wifi is top notch.

I have stayed here every year since 2021, and it has always been clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet is the best around. Staff is always above and beyond!

This trip, the pool was broken, but they compensated us as best they could. A pool next door was available. This was the first time this ever happened.

Ocean front. Pool was clean and nice. Extra service for going to Key West and Everglades was great.

Toilet and sink Clogged , Elevator broken, and the restaurant sucked almost two hours to get a salad and dessert. Service was terrible. Then Gratuity included per service that was bad.

Location was perfect, close to and easy access to the beautiful beach. The employees at the beach were very accommodating! Easy car/taxi ride to different neighborhoods in Miami. The entire staff were wonderful, especially in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food choices. Our rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. All the facilities were cleaned daily. Enjoyed our family vacation at Holiday Inn Miami Beach - Oceanfront!

The only thing frustrating was the only two elevators they had in the entire hotel would constantly breakdown. There was always a line to get into the elevators which were small to start with. Otherwise if you had a room on the lower floors it was fine, one could take the stairs but the upper floors it was a bit difficult for older people.

breakfast is really good. Very close to the ocean beach. Convenient location and hotel is good for family. Every morning, the restaurant staffs are very welcoming and always bright our morning.

There was only one working elevator and it creats lots of traffic jam. sometimes, had to take stairs instead of waiting for the lift. They booked me first night in a room that is not what I requested, in addition the room is located next to a generator which wasted my first night to be sleepless.

Overall great experience, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our time at the holiday inn. However, check out was a little bit rocky when looking into further detail as to why we weren't able to get a receipt. The hostess was extremely impatient, short with responses, and showed little to no care into our questions and worries regarding the return of the deposit. It was unsettling especially since we are leaving the country to return to Canada and have no sort of proof of payment
