We really enjoyed our stay. The room is comfortable, the beds are great and it's really close to the beach. It also has a very nice pool and terrace. The staff, in general, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not have a luggage storage service. We arrived at seven in the morning and had to pay for early check-in as we couldn't leave our bags stored at the hotel and do something else. Also, drinks in the room are extremely expensive. We paid twenty dollars for the consumption of three water bottles.

The hospitality is great, the manager Carlos was awesome and beach location is great.The pool on the property was convenient and clean they also have complimentary champagne in every room on a elegant display. Available Refreshments "CUCUMBER WATER" for everyone. Let me not forget happy hour, great company and food. I would diffinitely go back oneday. When it comes to traveling around town from there, the trolly is at the corner/ across the street. It's the best way to travel and sight see at the same time while traveling on a piece of art.

No Available Parking for customers,only street metered. Decent parking 8 blocks away at a great price. Its a 10 min walk from the property.

location was excellent, that’s why we booked. Rooms were comfortable and reception staff Claudia & Anna were lovely.

it was mainly the bar (The Tavern) linked to the hotel that we didn’t like. We sat at the bar the first night and had a few drinks - I asked for a gin & tonic and he got the gin from a clear bottle under the counter. they used the same bottle for the free happy hour drinks for guests too. when we got our bill the barman put through my gins as Tanquary which it wasn’t so I queried it with him. He said that some times they put the Tanquary into clear bottles and keep under the counter I said I wasn’t happy and he apologised went away and got a bottle of Tanquary and offered me a free Tanquary which I refused - there was no offer to refund me the difference so we decided not to spend a penny in the place after that. I hate getting ripped off.

Location and the hospitality of the hotel

The restaurant hospitality was pretty bad. Servers were rude but good food. We also didn’t like the fact that every time we asked for hot water we get questioned why.

Very nice quiet hotel located close to the beach and trolley service. Convenient to sites in South Beach area. Nice restaurant located in the hotel. Overall nice experience.

I had an issue with the fact that there was no coffee in the hotel. No coffee pot in the room and no set up in the lobby! The restaurant doesn't open until around 9:00 am and I am not sure if they had coffee either. There is a store/cafe just down the street where you can purchase coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Staff was amazing. Wonderful to have the restaurant on site for breakfast and coffee in the AM and then drinks in the PM. The rooftop was AMAZING. Beds and pillows comfortable

I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and in the hallways. Room smelled a little musty but was clean. Breakfast service on Saturday was odd…not the same joyful energy from Friday morning. Took awhile to be taken care of Saturday. Construction surrounding the hotel. Made it difficult getting Uber.

nice property, very welcoming staff that made nice efforts to accommodate. Room was clean and decently maintained as well as being rather spacious. I had a view over the courtyard pool area which was quite pleasant. No major complaints about this property and considering it’s the busy week of Art Basel and was a last minute reservation I was quite satisfied with everything.

my only very minor complaint that is not specific to this property is that they use an abundance of sanitizer everywhere and there is a strong smell of cleaning fluids everywhere but it is my understanding this is not unique to just this hotel.

Spring break crowd noisy. Staff did good job policing them after complaint. Parking (none). Do search for $8 parking which is 10 minute walk away.

This hotel is located in Mid-Beach a perfect location for a laid back atmosphere. The Tavern restaurant had excellent food and was perfect for our stay. The staff was phenomenal!! The room was very clean. I would suggest getting an Uber or Lyft because parking starts adding up. Save yourself the rental car money and use that towards Uber or Lyft. The beach is right across the street from the hotel.

Big thanks to Nestor, the GM, who was very kind, professional and helpful and went out of his way to sort out a problem we had upon check-in. Also thanks to Rogerio, Juan Pablo and Luis at the front desk and to the restaurant staff. They were always polite, obliging and very accommodating.

The "problem" we had upon check-in was a receptionist called Elijah Emmanuel. I won't go into detail, suffice it to say that he is in serious need of some guest service training and that a great hotel like this cannot possibly afford to have a person with his attitude "welcoming" its guests. You need to improve, bro. A lot.
