I liked the location.

They wall plug in outlets were loose to plug in any electronic chargers, it needs to get updated and very inconvenient not to charge phones because the plug in head won’t fit and it comes off the outlets. Also, on our second day maintenance was done, removed trash, changed towels, left just one tissue paper but third day no one came to picked up the trash and/or dropped clean towels or toilet paper until I went to the lobby and asked for it.

I really liked the price for the location and the ease of accessing the location. I also appreciated that the car parking was simple. It was only $20 per day to park in Miami Beach, which is a small amount for that city.

The air conditioning in the room where I stayed was FREEZING and I wasn't certain how to adjust it. The room was simply too cold for what I needed, even for a hot place like Miami Beach. Someone had set it to the most extreme setting, and I almost got a cold from staying in the room. The issue was that I wasn't sure how to change it.

The rooms needs to be remodeled FAST. THE HALLWAY carpet needs to be replaced Nd fix the elevator I know it’s an old building but the money they making they could do so updating.

The daytime (check-in) staff were great and very polite and helpful and welcoming. The property was gorgeous from the outside and the lobby as well. The rooms didn’t live up to their status. Rooms were clean but outdated and very shabby.

Breakfast expectations. Dry bread stuff should be called that (dry snack) and not a breakfast. Since they said "breakfast included" , I expected some hot eggs and bacon....Alas,it was just dry bread snack and fruit😔

I got there on a storm day, park garage is a cross of street & I can only describe my experience with amazing emotional and feeling words I can’t quite put my finger on it what it is, and is not like 5 star or top of the line I can talk about, is something that can’t be fabricated it’s something that just is.

The only thing I didn’t like it was that I didn’t stay longer, I really wish I have.
