Room was exceptionally clean and roomy. Everything is within walking distance, but you have to walk every where. Parking is just not an option. The courtyard is nicely decorated and pleasant to sit in as the room has no chairs to spend any time in the room. I would not think someone with disabilities would want to stay here. Loved the vibe of the neighborhood. Staff is fantastic.

Freezer in the small refrigerator was completely frosted up, unuseable. Tiny 4 cup coffee pot might be ok for 1 person but definitely not 2. Did not like having to park 3 blocks away in a public parking ramp. Have to be strategic when unloading luggage. Rarely is there parking close to hotel for unloading. You will walk,walk, walk. While the neighborhood is a hopping place, it's expensive, over 100.00 for dinner for 2 is not unusual.

The location was ideal. The beach access was a few blocks away. The parking was also nearby. There was a Walgreens in the same block which made it easy to purchase water and other necessities. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the amenities - safe, fridge, microwave, cutlery, dishes.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator; however the staff was quick to help me carry the luggage to my second floor unit. It is similar to the quant inns found in Europe. There are vacant properties in the vicinity which attracts sketchy people to the area but we had no problems with anyone.

I have stayed many times in this property , and for the most part of my experience , I like everything except the showers. Many times I have had not such a pleasant experience with their showers. this last time the metal knob was lose/broken and every time you would touch it , it would come loose and making it hard to turn shower. A couple of times it even fell on the ground, dangerous. Other times , the shower tile wasn’t cleaned enough or the shower itself had not a normal decent water flow.

We arrived at Riviere hote at 10:30am l our room was ready at 2:30 staff are very helpful holding our bag while we walk around Riviere hotel exceeded my expectations usually hotels room are just a room but we had a big living room with TV, dishwasher plus cups and plates, microwave and a refrigerator the was cool since we was traveling with our baby, milk need to cold. Also the hotel offers beach chairs for free you only need to pay for the umbrella $21. Everything else is near by food, walgreens is one block way if you need water or snacks..so I did enjoy staying at this hotel looking forward to come back again..

Really Like how I had a passcode to get into the gate to the main area. The front desk was very accommodating.

The free breakfast was very limited and wasn't refilled within an hour before it was over. And when you take a shower the water went everywhere behind the toilet and under the sink every time. But we used a towel

Location was good close to the beach. Two beach chairs + beach towels for all four included in the price. We had two rooms in the apartment which was handy when everyone woke up different time. Very clean place.

One morning the breakfast included only toast and croissant with coffee/ tea and juice. Bedroom's air conditioner was very noisy, so we used only the living room's air conditioner in the nights.

Breakfast was fair wished they offered yogurt and more fruit options. But very happy that breakfast was included.

Wish they had another mirror in the room. 3 of us were sharing 2 mirrors. Disappointed that we had to pay for an extra beach chair should have been included for all people in the room.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Rooms are like in the pictures. Little breakfast is always a plus.

unfortunately i found insects in my bed the first night. At the reception I have been told that it was because of the rain..i asked to changed the sheets and actually after that night everything was ok. Other thing that i didn’t like it was the noises outside the property; i guess some crazy guys were listening loud music on the street and they were doing street games late in the night, i called the reception and asked if they could have stop it but because it was outside they told me NO, I suggested to call the police because it was seriously loud and annoying but the noises went on even in the middle of the night(i have been woke up at 3am)!!!! in my opining if a guest is bother from it and i believe it was not just me, they could have call the police!

I loved that it was very private to be right in the heart of everything. I loved being able to enjoy my personal green treats 😌, without folks bothering me or any disruptions. I enjoyed being able to have a variety of food and activities and what not all within walking distance.

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have a pool. And the complementary breakfast options were very slim, there are more things than pastries and cereal. And I did not appreciate the $100 deposit that was thrown at me upon arrival, especially seeing that my stay was completely booked and paid 4 months prior to my stay. I also DIDnot appreciate not having lot parking other than the st, which once you get there you will see stays pretty congested with locals vehicles.

The reception was not open during lunch time. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes in the street. No one answered the phone. Cleaning needs to be improved (some hair in the towels).
