Friendly staff ...location

Room was dark ....Dirty view when u open the curtains unfortunately. And sofa needs recovering.

The location was everything! Not only was the location in the middle of everything, we got early check in and late check out which was GREATLY APPRECIATED. We also got free bikes, beach chairs, a $29 onsite credit and 2 complimentary drinks. I've stayed at this hotel years ago prior to a cruise. I enjoyed it then but other reviews said it's gone way downhill. I considered looking for other accommodations however nothing seemed appealing. I kept it & glad I did. It was clean. All the carpet had been removed and replaced with wood floors. I smelled the bleach when we arrived. Staff was superb and seem to really like their jobs at the front desk. I'm definitely staying again

Our sofa had a few stains but that's it. We called for housekeeping to bring a sheet to lay it across the sofa. The tv didn't have a lot of channels but we lived.

Nice pool. Great location. Easy to get to local restaurants!

Nice hotel, clean rooms in perfect location, in the heart of Miami south beach, only few meter from the beach and from Ocean drive!

For 4 persons perfect room, but we booked the room for 5 persons and the spare bad was quite rought.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was in the perfect location for South Beach and Lincoln Shopping and cafes.

We had a room for 5 people, which had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was far too thin and the springs could be felt. We asked for extra bla ket to fold and put on it but it didn't help and was sagging in the middle. Thos sofa bed mattress needs to be changed. Thank you.

Localization, space, breakfast

The cleaners didn’t go two days in my room

Breakfast was a little confusing compared to other hotels that have breakfast buffet. We had gotten break with our room but it was confusing to straighten it all out. But we finally did and it was slright

The location of this hotel was perfect! Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurant options in walking distance. We were only here for one night, as we boarded a cruise ship the next morning. I would definitely recommend staying here! The staff were very friendly and accomodating!

Everything was good. Even when I had a complaint I was accommodated and they fixed the problem

I was overcharged for something I had to pay to stay at the hotel. But it was corrected

Staff was polite enough to check us in before 4pm as our flight was cancelled a day earlier.

Most of the staff could not speak good English so it was difficult at times to communicate
