Nice pool. Great location. Easy to get to local restaurants!

Noisy at night. Buzzing sound in ceiling.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was in the perfect location for South Beach and Lincoln Shopping and cafes.

We had a room for 5 people, which had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was far too thin and the springs could be felt. We asked for extra bla ket to fold and put on it but it didn't help and was sagging in the middle. Thos sofa bed mattress needs to be changed. Thank you.

i liked the location and the staff. they were super friendly and informative especially the older puertorican guy by the front desk. the location is also perfect its close to alot of restaurants and right next door to a club but the music is not disruptive but it is very convenient if thats what you are looking for

the bar was barely open neither was the restaurant but the amount of restaurants and bars close by made up for it

The location of this hotel was perfect! Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurant options in walking distance. We were only here for one night, as we boarded a cruise ship the next morning. I would definitely recommend staying here! The staff were very friendly and accomodating!

Valet parking payable when parking for a few minutes in front of the hotel for charging or decharging the luggage in or from the room. it is a little noisy until around midnight

Staff was polite enough to check us in before 4pm as our flight was cancelled a day earlier.

Most of the staff could not speak good English so it was difficult at times to communicate

very closed to the local beach only 5 minutes walking ( free access) but the beach itself not so good it was full with seaweed , the property was having a small pool on 30 feet depth suitable for children also the property have a valet parking but not free

no free water and the parking very expensive

The breakfast was simple and fast! The location also good, not to far from the mall and restaurant around .. just a bit surprise, across street from the hotel, was kind of an adult club (they were out when the sun goes down)

We were just stay for the night, so not much what we dislike ..

first of all the staff was amazing! Victor and Christian were so accommodating and helpful whenever we needed recommendations, taxi's and were so friendly. The location was perfect and the rooms were huge. I will def come back here and stay again!
