I like the bedroom very much, I like the balcony, and the staff made my stay this time, they are so nice. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the people were amazing. The food was ok. The swimming pool is not amazing but it is nice, and the gym is also a good one. If you wanna stay in Coral Gables you will be close to a lot of nice restaurants.

I've been here many times this time, and it already feels like home, sometimes they don't have enough personnel in the breakfast, so it takes too long, and when having a balcony, the chairs are not the best, I would expect something different since it rains I would not put the cushions or at least change them when doing the room.

We stayed in the Terrace Suite this time. It's a lovely large room. Not sure if all rooms are updated but our Terrace Suite had the remodeled Bathrooms with the Marble shower. The Balcony is very long and private. Ours was facing the courtyard and while there was a rooftop parking lot that's a little bit of an eyesore it was not a deal breaker. Overall it was a cozy experience. Breakfast from Two Sisters in the hotel is pretty delicious. I really like this hotel I will probably try to continue staying here when I can.

I know that microwaves in rooms are really uncommon but I wish the rooms had a microwave lol. They have one downstairs in their marketplace but it's kind of weird to take food down there to heat up - also not sure if it's exclusively for their little marketplace. There was one night that there was an event occurring in the courtyard or at least it sounded that way and it was VERY loud. I know you can't control that stuff but wow that was a very loud event.

The hotel is a ten when traveling on business. The front desk is top rate and worked hard to attend to all my needs. I felt like I had a back office pitching in to make everything seamless. The food, while simple, hit the spot. The barkeeps are warm and unaffected. The pool area was clean and neat. Proximity to Coral Way and other Miami spots makes it a great place.

I have no complaints at all. Would stay there again if able.

We stayed in the Junior Suite ( Which is their King Deluxe Room) and it was spacious, large couch/sofa bed. The layout was very nice although it was not the room I initially wanted but it was very nice. The location is perfect, the staff was very nice and their tiny grocery store came in handy. TV has options for Netflix it using your own device. Bathroom was great too. Felt like a very large master bedroom in a expensive Coral Gables house.

While it was nice, the room was not the one being pictured originally when I booked it here. The hotel's website does show the correct room but it's under King Suite Deluxe which is a Junior Suite and it was a little misleading on here.

Really beautiful hotel with great facilities and a comfy room. The restaurant area was also really nicely decorated and the staff were pleasant. The Area was lovely and was full of really good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. it was a relatively safe area as well.

Quite an expensive hotel when compared to others I have stayed in of a similar quality but I was there at Christmas so fair enough. staff were friendly but perhaps could use just a little more training on helping guests with information. unfortunately we didn’t receive accurate info about a few things which caused us some inconveniences during our trip.

Staff is great, efficient at their jobs and worked hard to make the stay easy and enjoyable.

The three dogs on my floor that would not stop barking each time someone walked by their owners' rooms. It would be helpful if Hyatt designated only certain floors as pet friendly. People are trying to work and resent being distracted by constant barking.

Pool..bed sheets..pillows..Cuban cafe in the lobby..voiturier..and keeping packaging for me..élévateur very fast very fast

Need to be little more clean in the room and bathroom and carpet whith spot..and wifi slow..but j love this place..

When we first got to the location we got a different room and it wasn’t exactly as pictured online. So I asked to be moved and they were more then happy to make sure we were satisfied. The hotel was well taken care of and the decor was beautiful. Great location.

The first room we did get wasn’t exactly what we had imagined.

being honest only thing maybe is the water pressure in shower but no deal breaker to not stay again. I would make all aware to please notify guests of the incidental fees when checking in. I paid x amount when I reserved online but when I checked in checked my account had an extra 50.00 a night was taken out. I did call down to the front desk and said it’s in the fine print I would get back at check out so I went and looked and see nothing on booking.com. again not a deal breaker we will be back but feel all should be told at check in when you arrive.
