It was perfect for a night over in the Miami area. It had the swimming and hot tub which we did use. Loved the temperature off the pool it was great. We used the sauna as well. The casino is a work in process which I believe will be great when all done.

While we did use the pool area, I was disappointed that regular casino users could come into the pool area. The sign for the smoking area was directing them through the pool. If I was traveling with children this would have been inappropriate having random people in the pool area. Also the shower was out of the soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We decided to stay here before we flew home. The rates were reasonable and we had several options available to help us with our late flight out the next evening. We could have a later check-out for an additional fee OR they could secure our luggage until we were ready to leave without a fee. We decided to pay the fee. The place was very comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful too. Everything we needed or wanted was readily available I would recommend staying here. They had a lot to offer. The food was fabulous with large portions. I made two meals out of my dinner. They had great food options, from soups, salads, pasta, and steaks. We had coffee and a coffee machine in our room. They have a swimming pool, slot machines, and live music for entertainment. We even won a little money while we were there. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

We like everything about the place.

Pool is heated and indoor. Security was great we felt safe. Rooms were clean and the maintenance at this place actually seems to care about your well-being, I had an older bald gentleman go above and beyond for me during my stay I wish I would’ve gotten his name but he was so real. Fun place to gamble near everything. 🐊Swamp gang🐊

Hot tub isn’t really hot lol and some things in the gym are broken but they’re probably gonna be fixed eventually. Was still a great time!

I live in this hotel , and now every time I visit everything's is different ,I will give the time to finish and hope that the good times of this hotel return or at the end of the renovation everything get better.

Everything is in a temporary place, and the hotel is working on have of the way they used to be. Probably will be better after it is done ,we really hope so ,because this used to be our favorite in the Hole Miami area.was the best .

I liked that I was in proximity to the hotel and the guest check-in staff was Super Friendly and well informed. Breakfast did not meet expectations. This establishment’s revenue Alone should provide QUALITY variety of foods. The coffee at breakfast resembled motor oil.

I did not like that there weren’t enough CULTURAL FOODS for EVERY HUMAN even if they have food preferences such as being vegan. The pasta was distasteful and I had traveled to far to go out searching for other options.

beds were super comfy! And room was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the executive king room on the 7th floor. no noise, and we slept perfectly. The casino looked really fun for me and my girl, although we didnt get to play anything.

the shower function was opposite as to what was shown on the faucet. the C meant cold. and when you turn it so, it went Hot. so it was kind of confusing at first, but really not a big deal. lighting inside the room, and shower could be better, but still not a big deal.

The room was clean and comfy. I really enjoyed the view from 605. I didn't come to gamble and it really didn't matter. I had a lot of fun enjoying the natural beauty of the Everglades. This place is a perfect getaway.

I have no comment on what I didn't like because I enjoyed myself so much. I guess if I had to answer, I didn't like leaving. HA! No! Seriously! I have no complaints.

it was peaceful

no refrigerator, said it had a microwave but it didn’t , too many slot machines not functioning which wasn’t too bad on Thursday but Fri & Sat night when it was busy it was hard to find a working machine, also didn’t see any technicians working on any of the non functioning ones the whole time we were there. We actually drove to other casinos that had more functioning machines. The food choices were extremely limited and we found ourselves leaving to eat elsewhere, though the late night empanadas were fantastic!

Clean, nice and comfortable place and room. There is a coffee maker and related amenities. Besides, the room had soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, towels and bed linen. It is quiet and there are lots of free parking spots.

If you are moving by car, and want a nice sleep at night, you should definitely stay there. Breakfast was not included in our fare, but it is available for those who pay for it.

We didn’t get to eat breakfast because we had to leave the next day the bed was amazing soft the pillows was amazing. The staff was amazing they gave me a free meal because it was my birthday the food was amazing the shrimp linguine. I would give them 1000 if you had it the only thing was its by it self there is nothing around the area unless you have a car or pay for a taxi and they are expensive. Other then that it was amazing the Best sleep I had in years lol
