We chose Best Western Kendall for the parking, laundry facilities, hot tub, gym, and continental breakfast. Everything exceeded expectations! Continental breakfast was delicious, although almost every day they said they were going to have potatoes and they didn’t have any. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and very relaxing after a long day! We were very happy to have laundry access after going to the beach one day, and also making use of the hotel hot tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests that we had. The hotel room was very clean, and the sleeping arrangements were very cozy and comfy! I would definitely come back! I know I have to be back in the area in two years, and will definitely consider coming back here!

Not all the entrances/exits worked with the key card. Also, longer pool hours would have been amazing!

Your pool being paddle locked shut after swimming hours. I used to go and smoke by the pool late in the evenings before heading to bed. Now I am forced just to completely leave the hotel to do so. Also, no one kept the complimentary coffee hot into the evening. Your breakfast at this location isn't quite as good as it used to be. I have stayed here several times and your breakfasts used to knock it out of the park!

I was so please to have breakfast at the hotel. This save me money. I also had surgery so going down to get breakfast gave me the opportunity to walk around. I was also pleased to see restaurants in walking distant of the hotel. My room was big enough for my massage therapist to get her table in there. The shower was walk in which was perfect for me due to having surgery and not being able to do a lot of moving.

We liked everything, it was behind expectations, the breakfast great, I loved that you have almond 🥛 milk, the coffee delicious, the kitchen clean and nice environment, and free bottle of water. thank you.

It was nothing to do with the personal stuff, but the the booking.com that was not good communication between them, and in consequence affect us a little bit. So next time I will recomend to call direct the hotel to make the reservation.

The breakfast was of good quality. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the facilities and the mobiliario.

The attendance did not realize the need to do faster the Check in adding additional information no needed. However, she was nice and I understand the effort to give us more. The parking was a little confusing with the ones of adjacent properties. I will suggest improving the parking signs.

Breakfast was wonderful; a variety of choices. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful: we had three rooms reservation and as I added the guest names after making the reservation with booking.com, they could not find the other guests names under the room neither under my own name. It was a bit nerve racking, but they were able to find it and everything turned out alright. But that made me arrive at the conclusion of never adding guest names again.

Breakfast was great. nice variety. Bed and pillows were comfortable. When I updated the reservation in booking.com with the name of the other family members guests, the hotel could not find the booking despite we had the confirmation number. Somehow it did not show up in their checkin computer and they had to go to the office to trace it down. It took a while and a nerve hacking until they finally found it. Staff was very nice and caring about it≥

Everything went well; restaurants, shopping malls, libraries, movie theatres, etc surrounded the location. The breakfast is fantastic! Even though Miami has heavy traffic, the hotel's proximity to the company was a blessing.

This is one of the better hotels we have stayed in recently. The front desk staff were very friendly and went above and beyond our wishes. The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. There was a great choice for breakfast. I will definitely stay again at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Room was clean bed was comfortable. Room was sufficiently dark for sleeping and quiet. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The lobby, hallways and breakfast area were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious. The shower had fantastic water pressure and was great. It was overall a great place to stay.

Breakfast didn't serve bacon.
