SUSY!!! This property is extremely blessed to have her. Her aura and commitment to excellent customer service alone is enough to make me want to come back. She is so welcoming, so accommodating as well as compassionate. The property is so unassuming. From the outside it may seem a little "office building like" per my husband but once you walked in the office and the rooms it was modernly minimalistic and it was perfect. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was what made me switch because many places don't offer them anymore. Also "because of COVID" other places don't clean daily which is counterintuitive to me but they cleaned and did it well daily. My husband and I have already said that we found our new South Beach regular stay because we come down very often. The location of course was perfect. The added bonus of beach towels and an umbrella was a pleasant surprise ;-)

For as much as I love the Stardust, THE BEDS have to go and add higher quality pillows. It was not comfortable. I had to roll up some towels to add a little extra fullness to the pillow. The bed felt wobbly and was entirely too soft and springy for a bed that will get used often by a variety of people. It would be a 10 easily if the beds were better.

Stardust Hotel provides basic amenities including a fridge and microwave, which a lot of hotels in Miami Beach do not. The room was spacious comfortable and stylish in a minimalist way. Also rooms were cleaned every day. The proprietors Blas and Suzie were really friendly and welcoming. They provided a lot of useful information about places to go in Miami Beach and the city, and were keen for their guests to be comfortable and happy.

Nothing, what’s not to like?

The room was better than pictured,staff went above and beyond. Love the hotel cat Gigi she is so sweet. The cleaner was there every day the location is great 7eleven right on corner along with a 24hr store and the bus stop. Beach is a block away, leaving Ocean Drive at your fingertips. Couldn't see there being a better hotel,staff, or location for the price! Will definitely be booking a room with balcony on the next stay if not old room will do. See no reason to look for another hotel when this one checked all my boxes

Loved how quiet it was for being in the heart of South Beach. The entire staff were very friendly. Huge space to enjoy with excellent air conditioning during the hours where it was too hot to be outside.

The receptionist is not always there which makes it a bit difficult to inquire about last minute things, but otherwise Blaz was fantastic.

the location was perfect and the owner was very sweet. there was a smart tv, so Netflix and other apps were available. The water and water pressure in the shower was great along with the ac unit.

the water pressure in the toilet was very low, and the floors made your feet really dirty when you walked on them, but it wasn’t really an issue.

Great location, Ocean Drive was a block away. Quick response from the correct Whatsapp account after check in. Blas was great. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

The office opens at 3pm so we could not check in early. Prior to my trip, I emailed, called and left a message, asked booking.com to email and attempted to contact them on Whatsapp in an attempt to see if an early check in was possible. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. Unfortunately, the smoke detector started beeping at 12 midnight the first night, it was fixed that day. They also requested that all toilet paper go in the trash and not the toilet to keep the toilet from getting clogged.

Everything …the location is premium, in je middle of Colin’s street and near to everywhere. Suzzy & plus at the front desk are very very very awesome and helpful ppl.. The rooms are super/suspicious and clean. Ac is very very good.

The warm water at the shower was not working…it was always cold. The hotel is a bit overpriced and they will ask you for a security fee for your stay. Most of the hotels at colins and ocean drive either don’t ask for security deposit…

Perfect location with a fair price

Susy was wonderful. She was very friendly and personable. She was accommodating to anything that we needed during our stay. The customer service was top notch and I would stay there again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned in more detail. I noticed that the ladies cleaned the room with more detail than the gentlemen. It wasn't nasty just not cleaned enough for my liking.

My friend and I stayed at Stardust hotel and it was the absolute best ! The location was perfect ! It was walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The manager at Stardust was so so nice and very professional. She made us feel at home . She recommended so many places where we could eat . My favorite was the pizza place ! She was correct ! It was delicious. You don’t need a car in this location, walking was great !! Inside of the hotel room was made like an apartment, kitchenette and eating table and chairs ! The bathroom was very well kept and we loved the floors ! You don’t always get the comfort of living like your in an apt. At a certain time , the gate locks and you have to get a code to get back in . That is a plus as well !! The best of it all is that we will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone because you will not be disappointed. This will definitely be our home .. away from home !! Thanks for the great hospitality!!
