Clean, spacious, comfortable and great value/location. So close to the beach! Good shopping and good restaurants all around.

Per this perfect location, it was noisy at night and I adjusted ;-)

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloha Fridays. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed for cooking. Plus bad was very comfortable. Location was perfect - stores, cafes, beach - all within 5 mins walking distance. Also, I would like to mention that it was a really nice communication with the host via Booking: various details and updates were provided on time, including clear instructions on how to enter the apartment.

There was a few things I would like to highlight: - the shower was leaking, so we had to put a towel underneath the sink next to it - for a long stay like we had for 7 days, it would be nice to be able to change towels at least once during the stay - poor noise insulation

Very spacious and clean apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Furniture is modern and new, the water flow in the bathroom is excellent. It was 3-min walk away from the Ocean Drive yet the apartment itself is very calm. Check-in/check-out are fully automated so it was super easy

Our bedroom (apt 4) on the Ground floor gave out on the little passageway between the rooms so the blinds had to stay down limiting the natural light. I would recommend opting for the upper floor room because you can REALLY hear people walking on top of you (you can't hear the conversations through, but steps very much so). Ear plugs do come with the property.

Best Location for visiting Miami Beach. A good value for the money compared to other hotels. A good size of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. For parking we recommend 7th Street Car Park (20 $ per day, which is reasonable for Miami).

The apartment is a bit dark. The towels were not drying and there was no possibility to hang them somewhere to dry except on the hook in the bathroom. After 5 days in the apartment it would be nice to have the room cleaned and the towels changed (they were changed after I asked housekeeping lady for it).

We loved it! Cozy, large, well equipped and clean. The bed was amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and the shower products (schampo, conditioner and shower gel) where good, the conditioner was good even for long hair. Free ear plugs. The staff was available 24/7 and they are very helpful and polite. The location is basically the best you can get in that price range. Great value for your money. (We stayed for 9 days).

South Beach is noisy and most (all?) buildings are older and built with thin walls. We knew about it and brought ear plugs but there are free ear plugs in the apartment :) No parking. But we knew about that as well. There are parking garages here and there but it can be tricky finding parking. All and all we loved our stay at Aloha Fridays!

No hairdryer.

The photos looked, oddly, very similar to a place I stayed in last year (run by someone else, not Aloha Fridays). They looked cheery, spotless, full of light, and airy. When we got to last years' it was quite disgustingly worn out and dirty, so I feared the same was going to happen this year. No reason to worry--this really was a brand spanking new, spotless, very comfortable and really quite luxurious apartment in the perfect location. We loved it. I can't think of anything to improve. Hmm maybe thicker toilet paper? And a dish towel? But honestly, we were perfectly happy with what we got and send our compliments to all involved.

The location was very good, in close proximity there was stop 150 which is easily accessible from the airport, 100 you can easily travel on to the Aventura Mall and free Trolley all over Miami Beach. There are plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a clean, comfortable apartment with good air conditioning and heating. With good quality kitchen appliances, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, for your stay in South Beach Miami.

Apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable, location was perfect! Super easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice and quiet but I appreciated having ear plugs available by the bed if it became loud outside like on a weekend.

The air conditioner was loud but at the same time didn't seem to do much to keep the temperature even during the night. Also, with our booking, there was a weird message sent repeatedly asking us to pay booking.com twice and then having booking immediately refund the second time, which made no sense. But staff at Aloha said to ignore that when I questioned it. Still made me nervous receiving it as it threatened to cancel my reservation in the next 24 hours if I didn't do it.

I liked your staff. People were nice and friendly - open to communication if needed anything. In this context especially I would like to mention Mr. Marcel (facility supervisor).

Upon my arrival, the main entrance code of the "facility door" did not work out (was not activated). But we could soon resolve it- phone call service. The second thing is that I have written to the booking.com service to ask them to send me a classic invoice via email but I am still waiting for it.
