It was a good breakfast, the location is full of people, and the events are very close, for these reason the hotel is not a quiet place.

The Lady from the desk the night (thursday March 9th) that I arrived with my family, she was not nice and didn't look the reservation, she gave us the wrong room.

Even before we arrived, we were extended the warmest of welcomes. Nicholas, the GM, was extremely accommodating, kind, and professional! The hospitality was on point from start to finish. The location is perfect, the property is lovely, and the staff was a joy. The rooftop pool was such a relaxing, and picturesque spot. The main pool hosted a pool party on Saturday afternoon that was a blast! The breakfast was wonderful - shout out to the accommodating staff one morning when we were in a particular hurry to make it out quickly! Would 10 out of 10 recommend! We were visiting for a long weekend girls getaway, and the hotel acted as the perfect home base.

Your hotel was amazing, very modern, clean, neat, well organized and most important very comfortable; great job housing team!! The food and services were out of this world, great job to the culinary and restaurant teams!! I served in our military service for over 26yrs., during my travel locations globally, I stayed in some very elegant and sometimes not so elegant hotels. Your collection located in South Beach check every block of my/our expectations ever! We have many up coming occasions which will fit the ambiance of your great establishment. Unfortunately, we didn’t do dinner, but breakfast with the morning team were on-point; the food and services were the best! During our check-in process we came in contact with this professional “Mr. Watson, T.” what a great individual! The man was so poised and professional that we were flabbergasted in the way Mr. Watson handled our entire process. His personality and demeanor were overwhelming, his caring actions and attitude were beyond reproach. What a great manager! Mr. Watson played an intricate part in making our stay at your collection the best experience ever. We have many choices of places where we can stay, but your hotel offered us the complete vacation package! Thanks to ALL for providing such a great experience and memories. right across the street from the beach! hotel partners with a company to offer two comp beach chairs and free towels for the pool/beach. very friendly staff. you can text the front desk to bring items to your room.

I really liked the location of the property and I loved how accessible it was to everything I needed. The one thing that made my stay was Jordan at the front desk. She was so hospitable and so happy to accommodate us. I arrived just a bit early for my check in, but she help me check in right away. She smiled every single time I saw her. The other thing I love about the property is how clean it is and how comfortable it is. You get beach towels and a reserved section on the beach with free beach chairs!!! the gym was so clean with peloton bikes. the rooftop pool is small but Amazing with views of the ocean!! The ground level pool is also amazing with cabanas and a pool bar. love this place!!!

I was genuinely impressed with The Gabriel! The staff were all SO nice and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located, immaculately clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated. I was upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise. I have already recommended this hotel to friends since I stayed.

I was disappointed that the check in wasn’t until 4pm, however, my room was ready before then (at 2pm) and the front desk sent a text message to inform me and my bags were taken up.

The staff is exceptional right from the bell boys to front desk. Special mention to Josh and Timothy in ensuring I got a comfortable room after some initial hiccups which were taken care of by Timothy, also including a room upgrade since it was my birthday! Thank you!! Location is central, close to the beach. Beach Towels and beach chair are included in the resort fee, beach umbrellas are available at a small fee through a third party vendor . Valet parking was superb!

A great location and a beautiful, art deco hotel across the road from the beach. It’s not amongst the really noisy hotels so perfect for chilling out. Staff were lovely and bikes are available which were great for exploring. Brilliant hotel to stay for a South Beach break.

The air con was quite noisy and the doors to the rooms aren’t very soundproof. The lift was a bit small and sometimes didn’t work (the outer door needs to be closed quite hard to ensure it will work) but the staff did help with this.

the location, staff assistance and the facilities in general were a plus. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clustered because it lacks of space. But in general we liked our stay.

we unfortunately booked during spring break and the night life changes completely. We would have like to have the pool area with better music and the restaurant should be marketed better. we decided to have breakfast the last day thinking food was going to be extremely overpriced. Quite the opposite, the food was fantastic and in comparison to the restaurants outside quite affordable.
