loved nearly everything about my stay; room was super comfy & very clean, great breakfast, pool was great & was able to relax in the lounge area after my check-out until my flight.

they need to have a WhatsApp number listed or email address so people can contact them when they arrive. they say to call when landed to organise airport shuttle but most people travelling probably don’t have a cell to call local numbers. need to be able to contact them via internet as have wifi available at the airport. Waited for more than an hour, not ideal after an already long trip

Everything was better than we expected. The pool looked exactly like the picture. The food was good and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. The shuttle to the airport was also very convenient.

We requested a late check out, but when we came up from the pool our room key wasn’t working. The front desk fixed the issue quickly. However, while we were packing up to leave housekeeping and someone else knocked on the door repeatedly asking us to check-out prior to the late check-out time that was granted.

As the reviews I read stated, this hotel was an excellent option for a 1-night stay as I was in transit to another destination. Everything that I needed for that 1 night stay they had; close proximity to the airport, airport shuttle (other places had a cut off time), I was able to ship packages to the hotel prior to my arrival, breakfast was included, and the breakfast options were good. I also appreciated getting a late checkout (only 1 hour later) but it was enough. The room was comfortable, clean, and had enough amenities. This is also an excellent option for a business traveler.

The front desk staff on duty the night I checked in were not welcoming. They seemed to just want to get me to my room quickly and out of their face. The staff on duty in the morning were much better. As soon as the elevator door opened that morning, I got a smile from one of them as well as every time I passed the front desk. They were also able to find 3 of my packages in a few minutes and seemed concerned that I did not get them the previous night, as the staff on duty that night shut me down with "sorry that's all I found, maybe they consolidated the packages" However, this did not affect my time spent at TownePlace negatively. I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Love how they have a full mini kitchen and provide dishes and cutlery for you. The floor by our air conditioner was wet but it did not bother us much as we assumed it was due to the air conditioner running all day and night.

When checking out there was no one at the service desk. I waited for about 10 minutes until someone came to the desk. He did apologize and I understand he was busy getting things ready for breakfast or morning, but we had a flight to catch back home.

Respectful staff, Clean amenities, Close to local conveniences, luggage hold and airport shuttle was great!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Got there a little earlier than check-in but they still got me into my room. Nice sized room with kitchette. Bar and restaurant in lobby with fair prices. Nice breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Other restaurants within walking distance. Nearby business complex with shops and movie theater. (But extremely busy and dangerous road to cross on foot) Shuttle service offered to and from the Miami airport. Also courteous shuttle driver.

Just a little pricey. (Spring break time) $326.57 for one night Saturday March 5, 2022 No shuttle service offered to cruise port, which I thought strange since that seems to be approximately the same distance as the Miami airport and a very popular destination. Scheduled check-in is 4pm. A 3pm check-in would be great. (*Although, I did arrive a little early - between 3-4 - and got my room.)

The staff lady on front was mean and we called 100 times to get the airport shuttle and they never answer the phone so we paid uber and she was mean when we ck in and I ask why no one answer the phones and she said it was broke and yes 2 min after she was on the phone

Excellent location, 8-10 minutes from the airport. Clean rooms, very spacious, full kitchen (large fridge, stove top, small dishwasher), small couch and ottoman, king bed,large storage and very large bathroom. Everything needed for overnight comfort. Staff was very accommodating. Decent breakfast (proper ham and cheese croissants, cereals, fruit, waffles etc). Full-service restaurant and bar.

Plastic, plastic everywhere shame on you in 2022. I've to take my plate and caterings from my room to avoid have a plastic caterings and plates! While everybody in the world try to make in better, no action are taken there! Even each pieces of fruit are wrapped in plastic, I've never seen that before. (don't say it covid, I've traveled in covid and never seen that) I'm vegetarian and the omelette had meat on it, no possibility to have one without so omelette are not fresh and a vegetarian omelette is a minimum! Put meat on the side!!

It was my first time staying at this hotel by Marriott and I loved it. The location was perfect as it wasn’t far from the downtown and south beach area. I also loved how neat and clean the hotel was at all times. The main lobby area had such a very welcoming fragrant scent. This hotel was great and I’ll stay there again.
