Like the location, almost all the ladies in the housekeeping group and check in smile and said good morning that is a plus, you need people like that in this industry you need to smile and always make sure the customers feel a positive environment, room was clean except for a bottle soda left from the previous guess, like pool view

The check in group the lady that check us in was great very pleasant and helpful, and smile, sometimes some of the guys in the front wow had no smile like they were forced to be at work not a good impression when you are in the hospitality industry, also there weren't sheets for the sofa bed left in the room, also found a bottle soda left in the room meaning it was not very well check for trash before us other than that good

Located near the airport which was all we needed. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very nice with good choice of omelettes, sausages, bread, pastries, jams, fruits, pancakes, yoghurts, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could use a bit of a proper vacuuming. There is not much to do around but for a one night stay before the flight was great.

Room was not vacuumed properly as there was some visible dirt on the carpet, like pieces of paper and plastic. Bit noisy because of the airport, but for one night is ok.

this is the best location if you’re renting a car from the MIA rental building. It is a five minute walk to go get your car or, after you drop it off to get to the hotel. The rental is also attached to the airport via a little monorail. This hotel has a pool which I didn’t use but I did use the pool area to do some work outside.

there really isn’t anywhere to get food nearby. There’s a gas station and about a five minute drive away there’s a Spanish supermarket. We went to the latter to pick up some stuff before we checked in.

The staff were accommodating, and the room (including bathroom) and facilities were immaculate.

1. There were some language issues as English is my first language whilst the staff it seems were Hispanic. My recommendation is that at least one of the Front Desk Receptionist should be fluent in English for all shifts. 2. The breakfast offering could be expanded. 3. Complimentary bottled water for the room not available

Property was extremely close to airport. Staff was professional, courteous, caring, and expedient with accommodations. The room was big, clean, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Sheets and towels were extremely clean with no spots anywhere. Overall I was extremely impressed especially after going through a cancelled flight was one airport to another and the staff relieved my stress after a long hectic day.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. I loved everything about this hotel. I just wished they would’ve at least provided a complimentary bottle of water in the room though.

The check in representative was amazing. Very personable and try to accommodate us late into the evening check-in. It was very pleasant. The entire experience was positive. The only negative is the price. We found out afterwords, that we could have received a less expensive rate for comparable hotels, right in that same area. They were $50 or more less expensive.

The price of the hotel was more than what we found out afterwords of competitors, right in that same area.

Cleanliness. Spacious room. Nice breakfast and you could order in and close to a restaurant or two

Staff are nice but need to be more English proficient and when they are they will leave so you tolerate it knowing you are doing the best that you can. Also shuttle is 3pm to 11 but it did jot come first me but another guy in a holiday inns van from Cuba picked me up and many others going close by. He saved the day

I love this place. Upon entering the building, you can smell the air freshness. It smells amazing. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and my room was clean. The location so close to the airport that when you look out the window it looks like the planes are parked in the hotel's parking lot lol. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

There's no restaurant or any in walking distance. Breakfast suppose to be over at 10am but when I went down there at 945, they had already cleared it out and I couldn't get anything, not even orange juice. I needed to print something out and their printer didn't want to participate. Even though the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating, we still couldn't get it to work. That's a big inconvenience.

We were there just for the night to catch an early flight the next morning the location was perfect right next to the airport. the rooms was big with everything we needed it a lot of space to put the luggage very spacious with a nice bathroom. It was clean and the staff was great. We picked this hotel because of the location and we were aware that it was going to be noisy from the airplanes and it was. if you are looking for a stay in Miami for leisure or work you may want to pick a different place but if you are ok with the airplanes the this hotel was very good.

The mattress was uncomfortable many in need of replacement. TVs could get an upgrade and improve on the channel options maybe smart TVs.

Best hotel near Miami airport! Offer shuttle to cruise port and return to hotel or airport after cruise. $12 per person each way. Great communication from hotel staff and transportation company! Booked my next stay for November before leaving!!!!

Shuttle from airport to hotel should be offered as stated on website. Should have shuttle available all day as some flights land early
