Breakfast was very good. Our male shuttle driver who drove my sister, daughter, and I to the airport was excellent, an ambassador for the hotel. His name was Elverio. Also wish to thank the manager who gave me a pillow to keep. I wanted to buy one as they were very comfortable. All in all,I'll be back and I hope Elverio is the shuttle driver!

The airplane noise. Also the pool pumps were too loud to enjoy while sitting in the patio area. We tried to have a barbecue but the noise from the pumps made it uncomfortable. I would definitely check into that as it is something that you can correct.

Staff was very friendly, loved having access to laundry and free breakfast

Parking needs to be better. Only options I was giving was pay for valet parking a day or park outside on the street and it’s only enough room for maybe 7-8 cars can park on the street across from the hotel

The "double" room was amazing. Very clean hotel. Close to center by Uber or car. Breakfast was decent. Jessica was the best staff member, very friendly, everyone should be like her. We had a great stay, and we warmly recommend the hotel and double room for groups of 4-5 people depending on the price you get.

Breakfast hours were ridicoulous. Slight issue with the hotel towels/shower gel on the last day (causing a skin allergy/rash) and one of the younger staff at the reception thought it was funny when I brought it up - I'll make sure to let management know. Lastly, I also had to explain the above-mentioned staff on how to correctly print out my billing confirmation at the end of the stay, very unfortunate to have to go through that after a great stay. Staff needs customer service training.

Convenient location to airport. Excellent social extra Mondays to Wednesdays 5:30pm to 7pm. Breakfast was excellent and ideal for us. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good too.

It is difficult to talk outside when planes take off and fly overhead, but this is the price you pay for convenience. Flights did not disturb us through the night as there are less of them.

Your shuttle driver, Evelio was a very interesting, genuine gentleman. Enjoyed the conversation with him and one other lady guest during our short trip. He was very proud of your facility and the service your team provides. Keep Evelio!

The facilities and especially the room was great. Well equipped kitchen.

Overall features of the room and convinient location from MIA airport. We had an issue with the room next door, which had something cooked and kitchen alarm went off without stop, but hotel staff was great and change us to another room same floor away from the noise which guaranteed a good night sleep.

Breakfast and shuttle to airport could start earlier since we had a 7:30 flight departure and even though we were so close to the MIA airport we missed them both, otherwise great stay. An idea would be to have a quick breakfast kit to go or we could have eaten in the room before leaving in these case.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very neat rooms, I liked the fact that to use elevator you need the key card. It gives me a sense of security. Kitchen is totally equipped, big shower, swim pool water was so good in terms of temperature. Also I liked the fact is not too deep. Gym is comfortable with good exercise equipment. Lots of TV channels, which gives options for all interests. Also the fact that the services for washer and dryer are free is a A ➕️ especially if you are staying for long periods of time.

The only thing that I did not liked was the fact that you need a car, or you will be using a lot taxi services, because there is not much around by walking distance.

The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! The ONLY thing wrong with this property is the SHUTTLE! Felt very secure and safe.

When I booked i was told that the shuttle ran 24/7 which in addition to price was a main reason I chose this property since we had some late and very early flights. Sadly not true. It only runs 7-11 and you need to call for them to come get you. We needed to get a LYFT for a flight one flight that arrived after 11 and one flight that left before 7 making the overall stay more expensive. It is a major airport and the shuttle needs to be more available for guests.

The location was ideal for my next day connection. Also, the room's kitchenette facility was a great, there were quality bathroom products and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was wholesome and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the evening social.

There wasn't much staff to assist with bags but trolleys were provided to make it easier to tote them if you had more than 1.
