Breakfast was ok first day. Didn’t like what we were having the next day. Just a personal preference

We booked our room on line with Booking.com. It was convenient BUT we were not aware that they Charged us $14.95 per night for using their services. If I had known that I would not have used them. Due to the extra charge it caused a hardship for us because we budgeted for our trip. WE Will Never Use BOOKING.Com ever. Never ever and we have told our friends and family not to use your services because they will sock you with extra charges that in my opinion are higher than they should be. I would like a refund for the extra charge I had to pay.

Very nice room, we were on first floor where they allow pets( we did not have one with us) and the floor was laminate. Nice breakfast, quiet ac, room smelled pleasant without being overpowered. Updated bathroom and TV. Location very convenient to Horse Park.Nice hot breakfast

The entry door near are room was a gathering place for smokers. The area was full of trash and cig butts and you had to thread thru the smokers to get out the door. There was a lot of noise till very late from other rooms, with activity in the hallways and in and out the doors. Parking for pick ups was difficult and the parking lot dead ended with no place to turn around. Certainly not good if one had a trailer.Bed was hard and although pillows were new, they were the small square ones that don't work for a side sleeper.

Confusing check-in as they talked about a Booking.com price and then they talked about their price and then they made me sign something that was more than the agreed upon Booking.com price. All in all ... I was glad to be done with check-in and get to our room. But, in all fairness - the desk person was very nice about the whole affair. They put us in a handicap accessible room which wasn't what we wanted.

Price was good, room was clean, comfy bed, decent breakfast, friendly staff, conveniently located just off I 75

Price didn’t match booking.com, it was and extra $10 plus tax and fees, still not bad, room was clean but needed a bit of repair

Breakfast was great every day !! Housekeepers were friendly. Front desk very helpful

Cleanliness could be better - around the breakfast bar and the elevator and lobby area on each floor would get messy by the guests and not cleaned until late afternoon All employees need to be encouraged to keep common areas clean - housekeepers could wipe down messy elevator door for example

it was close to where we needed to be and very convenient

we had a leak in our bathroom for two days straight from the bathroom upstairs. Complained twice and was told the issue would be fixed but it had not. it was wonderful here either way besides this issue.

I would have given a ten but I had to knock a couple of points off for the following:- 1. Safety and Security. The Hotel has lighting installed in the car parks but they were defective or not switched on. It was pitch black at night out there. Not good from a safety or vehicle security. 2. Internet Speed. In this day and age 5mbps is not enough.

The room was very open and accommodating . Although the room is compact it allows for for a person to have several suitcases and duffel bags in the room without sacrificing movement and confront.

The refrigerator offered in the room wasn't in good order. The glass shelf didn't have the ability to hold anything and a odd door that only complicated putting the few camping foods I had with me away.

It’s right off of the freeway so you can head out to anywhere from Orlando, Gainesville, or Tampa.. Access to a lot of local restaurants, close to Ocala (shopping) and to the Springs (Nature, Hiking, Kayaking, etc.). Hot breakfast, like waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. And beds were comfortable.

There is a $5 car parking fee.. The swimming pool was in front, where the parking lot is situated.

I loved the breakfast and that you could make your own waffles. The room was clean. I liked the lobby area and parking area. It was quiet no one fighting or causing trouble. I felt safe. Convenient to other retail stores and Restaurants.

I moved a chair so I could talk with my family better in the lobby very trashy under the chair when you clean make sure to clean behind and under chairs. Even though the room was clean the towel rack was not level and coming off the wall.
