I did like the location close to Downtown area. Hotel service was really good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were simple but comfortable and it had everything we needed except body wash and a small refrigerator could have helped. It is definitely a bang for your buck.

I think we should have had a better breakfast. It was a small bagel and my husband mentioned the coffee was not good. I suggest maybe having some cream cheese and a bigger size bagels. Also you may want to add real oatmeal instead of ready -to-made ones. Sometimes prepackaged ones are not healthiest.

The property was very clean and super nice! Felt very new and nice to be in.

The staff was obviously untrained and lack some professionalism I am used to at a hotel. One staff member had someone hanging out with them in the lobby area at one point in time and even 4 days after my stay the property hasn’t released my hold and when I called it took 3 phone calls to get a hold of someone and when I finally did get someone they left my number because they said they didn’t know how to release my hold.

Great staff & nice, large, & clean room & bathroom. Perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in town. Internet was great for two of us working remotely too.

We don't each gluten and food with added sugar so didn't find anything we could eat in their breakfast to go. However, it looked like a lot of people enjoyed the food options.

staff super friendly, excellent value….really comfortable bed, very clean and breakfast included. simple stuff but all done well and staff really great. I love the formula of what is available and the cost combination.

nothing really. my wife mentioned no fridge / coffee maker in room, but frankly that only makes the price higher for something that hardly anyone uses…..and there is a great coffe machine in lobby avail 24/6 anyway.

At first a person checking us in worrieda by stating that there's weird type of people that stay there and they wouldn't rent to us because we were here from Ocala but after the first night the other lady at the front register was very kind and nice and even switched my room so I can get more rest my daughter was in the hospital right across the street from the hotel

nice spot location nice bed rooms staff was humble i liked it for me and my wife its a good place for couple in a fast trip stay

breakfast was good but it was the same every day there is no pool that’s why its a good fast trip stay

The staff was great. The location perfect for what we needed. I loved the lobby it was super fun.

Wish it had a pool. Also, there were spiders. Not a deal breaker bc we are from Florida so we get it.

New building everything is in perfect condition. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with many healthy choices for breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel charges you a refundable deposit of $ 50.00 at check in.

easy to find everything, friendly staff and good parking

there was one roach in our room, and there is limited space in the room which makes the price make aense. no fridge, or dresser. but it was a good price so this was okay

non guests overwhelmed the breakfast bar—one woman had 6 plates of food while the rest of us waited for the kitchen to catch up. Staff needs to hand out food individually and more than one person is needed in the kitchen.
