The breakfast was very good,nothing over-the-top, but those muffins were on point. The coffee was always ready. We were very close to all the exits and lobby. Nearby shopping and stores. The back deck bar was mainly used by locals, but if I lived there I would be there too. The bar had tie-offs for your boat. Pool area was clean. The ladies at the front desk were always there and happy to assist or answer questions. .great group of employees and dealing with the public can be a pain. I've been there.

The room had some sketchy wiring/outlets. Coffee maker was in the bathroom, definetely the last place I would place a coffee maker. Didnt use it. They have coffee in the breakfast area, use that! Not much to complain about, best bang for your buck.

Location , price , cleanliness and evening staff When I checked in was great ! The morning check didn't seem to friendly However she did her job sufficiently.

Just needs little things to be fixed and updated Hole in wall Tv was very small And when you watched it the film/ show Did not fit the screen so you weren't getting the whole picture making it hard to watch Lamp shades were in very rough shape bent and distorted. Another guest at the pool was very disappointed with her room a lot of broken things in hers. But truly over all I was content

Nice staff, cozy room. We arrived late in the night, yet the front desk staff was welcoming. The room was clean, towels and toiletries were present, and the light in the bathroom had timer...interesting

Crappy breakfast. Only yogurt, coffee, milk and very unhealthy muffins and cornflakes They specifically asked to present the physical plastic card with which the reservation was paid, even if the card is an electronic one. First time this happens... Analog Cable TV from the 80's.

location, staff, convenience, safety, comfortable beds , linen and sheets/towels, staff was excellent , air conditioning worked well

smelled musty, very’wet and humid’ in rooms, fishermen in and out so floors were dirty, walls dirty, bathroom not cleaned well

We stayed in room 159 and enjoyed it very much who's at the end of the hall on the second floor and we could see the water. We went out to eat and miss the bar because it was closed by the time we got back I didn't get to go to the pool so I was kind of bummed about that as well I liked all the things you offered I just wish I could have took an advantage of them and enjoyed myself more. I would love to book the jacuzzi suite for this weekend Friday until Sunday that way we can come again however I cannot find did you koozie sweet available on Priceline booking.com nothing if you could give me any information on the jacuzzi suite at the hotel we are speaking of I would gladly book right now thank you very much for your help in this matter I am really hoping to hear back from you our stay was great and we want to go back this weekend please help with jacuzzi suite thanks, Stephenie Shaw

The only thing that could have made it a better stage was if it was a jacuzzi suite

It was off of the road, so very quiet. It was also along a canal so we could walk and enjoy the wild life. It is always a win when I get up and the bed has not caused my body to hurt. This was a win. ;

When I booked it, Booking showed an $80 price, with a 10% tax it would have been an $88 stay, but we were charged $97 for the room. Booking has treated us like we were silly people who don't know about tax and the motel blames Booking, so here we sit with an up charge to a room that would have been worth $80 tops. Breakfast was pretty bad.

It was a good location. We drove a short distance East and enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the lake. We chose this location because we had been staying on the Gulf and wanted to go to the Atlantic coast, just an hour further. We also enjoyed going to the Kissimmee Prairie Reserve. Who knew so much of Florida was prairie?

There was no elevator to take to the second floor but we are strong and healthy.

It needs serious upgrading. And there was no cleaning service, so we had to remove garbage daily. And it was not the cleanest. The bed was very comfortable, and great water pressure, and staff was great.

Bathtub to narrow Head shower to low Headboard loosen need to fix so won’t knock the wall and make noise Bathroom fan to old made lousy noise

Perfect location to fish the lake. Fishing available on property or short drive to lake. Nice pool. Bar on site during season. Plenty of places to eat. Family Dollar across the street. All around good stay. Comfy bed and nice staff. Guests with boats seem to enough room in the parking lot.

Breakfast was not much. No fruit when I was there.
