Staff and cleanliness

They were upgrading mattresses and 1 elevator did not work so the crew there w/ new mattresses constantly held up elevators during the day. And having to leave the room for 1.5 hours for them to get mattresses replaced while having a pet, was a real inconvenience

I liked that the location was within 30 minutes from major places to see in the Tampa area. The room was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of charging stations in the room, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bed had a comfortable mattress and a heavy comforter that made the bed cozy. The breakfast was your standard complimentary breakfast with eggs, breads, and coffee. There was warm oatmeal and breakfast pizzas which was something different. The staff was friendly.

There really wasn't anything negative. With it being Florida and hot, water stations or complimentary water would be a nice touch. Because the comforter is heavy, I had to bump the air down but really that wasn't a big deal.

Perfect location! Near major stores, restaurants and highways with easy access to Tampa, Clearwater and New Port Richey. Room was large and comfy.

I was only given 1 washcloth (plenty of towels). I figured this was a slight oversight and not a big deal. I called down to the front desk and went down to pick up more. Easy fix. Fridge and microwave were unplugged. Didn’t realize until the next morning so I had to throw some food out. Again, not a big deal. Plugged both in and they worked great.

Breakfast was great - the two workers we met were sweet and kind. (Chris & Kim) they put smiles on our faces. They were attentive and hard working. They made our breakfast very enjoyable.

Christine and Kim in the breakfast room were phenomenal! They made our stay so special. We looked forward to seeing them! Sammi at the front desk was warm and welcoming.

location and cost. the complementary breakfast was a nice bonus.

the only complaint was the in room coffee. I had to request more each day as the room was only serviced after four days.

The service by the staff was exceptional. Helped me out when I was in a pickle and made my stay easy. The counter staff offered wonderful customer service.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the ease with which I was able to check-in, etc., was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast could have been better.

the pool, the gym ,the breakfast,the relationships with the employers ,the beds ,the room . it was very cleaned and nice ! the breakfast y nice and the waffles were very tasty ! the employers were very polite with us and they were tying the best for us !

The location was perfect for our needs. Good restaurants and shopping only minutes away. Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Hearty warm breakfast available in the morning. Very pleasant staff at the front desk.
