Everything was great! I don’t get why this property has so many reviews under 10. Location was great, very quiet, and safe. Room looked great, staff was so so nice and friendly. Grace from front desk was super helpful, sweet and help me with some issues I had with my booking, very patient as well!

The room felt a bit humid, but once I lower the AC, it felt good. Also the curtain showers might use a change, everything else was very clean.

I really underestimated this place! It was just my husband and I for Earthday Birthday! We had so much fun and slept so good with the comfy bed! The hotel was clean, the front desk man was SUPER fun and friendly!!!

It was a tad humid in the hallways and entry way, a little stifling. But the room was super crisp and chilly!!

Staff was very accommodating at checkout and got us adjoining rooms as we requested. Told us about all the amenities and food nearby. Great location.

There was a leak in the bathroom when we first walked in to our room, but that was fixed after we checked in.

Bed linens are clean and comfortable. The pillows exceptionally comfortable. Maid service...Angie when asked for help with problem she immediately went into action and solved it for me. She is a delight and completed my needs with a smile!

The floors need to be damp mopped with every cleaning. My white socks were evidence this important cleaning step isnt being done. Room doors squeak very loudly. Room 131 patio door needs some WD40 was very hard to close and lock for safety.

The room was surprisingly spacious and the location—walking distance to the stadium—couldn’t be beat, especially for the affordability.

The air conditioning unit screeched and banged, making a restful sleep, even with white noise and ear plugs, difficult. We alerted management about this fix-able matter.

The room was clean. The location was excellent as I attended the Florida State-LSU football game and the stadium was walking distance from the hotel. The staff was fantastic - nice and efficient.

The pillows were not comfortable.

very very friendly staff very helpful and polite staff helped me to/ from airport especially going to airport provided lift. thank you for all your help it was great and very enjoyable stay at hotel

I think the price is to much for the condition, and also the extra charge of $20 for early checking I think is to much!!!

The balcony was excellent. That their was a smoking room .My son enjoyed sitting out there.The room was big. Has plenty of space also the bathroom room was bigger than most hotels.

The bed was a little hard.

it was a great place to get away from Hurricane Ian. Everyone there was a refugee from the gulf coast with dogs. I thank the management for a welcoming place.
