Dane at the desk was so helpful and friendly!!! He helped us so much with ideas where to eat and go around the area and so so nice. The gentleman cleaning up after breakfast were super nice and friendly.

The 2 guys serving breakfast were rude and acted like everyone was bothering them. I am a morning person and they ruined it with their negative attitudes and had no manners at all. We all said good morning and thank you so much and they didn't even respond. When we asked for an omelet, the guy rolled his eyes and snatched the frying pan like he expected to just stand there and not have to work all morning.

Very friendly staff! Great location for what we were doing and where we were going! Clean! Did not get to go to the complimentary happy hour, but the breakfast was stellar!

My only complaint is not about the property, but the parking that they partner with. I purchased a parking pass to use through the extent of my stay, but at my checkout day (at 8:15 in the morning- way before checkout time) the lot wanted to charge me full price to leave the lot. They were very rude and condescending. The car behind me experienced the same argumentative experience, so I gave to assume this happens regularly. This needs to be addressed.

I've stayed at this location before and was the reason I stayed here again. Rooms are large, clean, well appointed and make me feel at home. Best part was it was within walking distance of the Amway Center where I was going to see a concert. Very happy as always with this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like. I really don't have anything to write here, the room was perfect. The hotel is very conveniently located and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Didn't have the breakfast it would have been nice to have some food places open after midnight! The location was great everything was within walking distance it's not like traveling to a different city and having a hard time getting around

It's been almost 3 years now we can clean rooms now you don't have to be so anal about COVID and the noise the maids did make it's like they don't give a dam not realizing some people don't have to check out

This hotel was really AWESOME! It has the best staff and the most relaxing environment. The lobby was so beautiful I could not leave it. Breakfast was included and it was great. The hotel offers guest-operated laundry which was really helpful. I would definitely come back again.

The price is high, but the hotel offers a lot to compensate for the expense.

Quiet room, great breakfast, good air conditioning!

The bed was very hard. There was a dripping sound from the room above that was continuous. I couldn't hear it in the bedroom, but it was loud in the living room and bathroom. Also, the ice machine was repeatedly nearly out of ice. I could never fill up my ice bucket.

Staff was responsive to our request. Solved our problem.

Late in the evening there was pounding music so loud we could not sleep. Was it from inside the building or from close by, we could not tell, but the staff moved us to another room. When we booked this room with Hilton, they charged us the equivalent of two rooms because two people were staying in the room!!

I liked the convenience to our destination location and the myriad of places to explore, shop, and eat within walking distance from the hotel. The style was open and gave a sense of community and safety rather than a more typical accommodation.

Having to pay and park across the street and the limited on-site dining and room service due to restrictions, still. Was looking forward to sampling their food.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

There was homeless people sleep outside my window view so I had to keep the window covering closed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I wasn’t happy about the parking across the street and paying extra money to park my car myself.

the rooms were very spacious, and the nightlife was was only a 5 min walk. Also the bartenders Taylor and I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who was working with her, we’re absolutely phenomenal!! they were so nice and funny and gave us great recommendations for cool places to visit. will definitely be back!

The decor was a bit out dated but other than that I had no issues.
