We had a nightmare journey from Sweden to the USA with cancelled and re-routed flights. By the time we arrived in Florida, we really felt tired, hot and bothered and jetlagged. The minute we stepped into the hotel, it was an instant pleasure. We attended a conference in Orlando. By the looks of it, we picked the best hotel of all, in comparison to our colleagues. The location is in the middle of town. Great rooftop pool. Nice bar with great cocktails and live music. The Bar. menu and wine selection were great too. Rooms are of high quality. Great minibar content. I now actively look for autograph collection hotels in new cities that I intend to stay in. Such was a mental footprint of the stay here. The place looks as visually pleasing as the website photos indicate. Beds/bedding was heavens

The bathrooms felt a bit basic. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet, rather than a few items off a menu. Got frequent flyer points with Lufthansa for my stay. BUT, had to join the Bonvoy milage program to do so. A regular stay booked with booking.com doesn't automatically qualify you for points. Not the hotel's fault, but there are literally no convenience stores n Orlando. If you don't have a car or don't drive, it's hard to go shopping etc. We had to UBER it everywhere.

Wow! This place is gorgeous and not the typical ply-and-play hotel decor or attitude. It is stunning beautiful from the lobby to the bar to the bathrooms and bedrooms….even the hallways are stunning!! The staff were gracious, helpful and REAL, not faux friendly, but genuinely, deeply mannered people. We stay at a lot of places and this is TOPS! I would travel back JUST to stay there again!

Did not eat. Was disappointed the restaurant was closed and massive reconstruction to the pool area, but the service was superb. Valet parking was a premium, but the valets, concierges, bellpersons were top dollar and very courteous. We extended our stay one more night over the weekend at a reduced rate.

Only had one continental breakfast by room service. Food was hot and brought promptly. Staff was polite. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bath were very clean. Hot water was immediate and water had great pressure. Room temperature control was accessible and efficient. Sadly, we didn't have an opportunity to utilize most of your amenities, such as spa or pool area due to work commitments, however we were very impressed with the available services.

It was difficult for us, being totally unfamiliar with downtown Orlando, to initially locate the entrance of the hotel!! Despite the very limited area for loading and unloading, the Valet Service employees were spot on with maintaining the flow of traffic and quick to bring our vehicle. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations.

The location was easy, if a bit noisy with in-town traffic. Our room was lovely and very clean. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The pianist in the piano bar was terrific and created a nice holiday mood. The doorman/bellman we encoutnered was also particuarly pleasant and friendly.

There was a private event in the bar so we had to get a drink in the little piano bar area. The menu was very limited and very overpriced. The servers there were not as friendly. We visited the pool area which looked very worn out (furnishings) and was not inviting.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parking staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with things to do and places to go. Very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size. Very comfortable. The bed was super comfy and I loved the big fluffy pillows.

No usable refrigerator in the room, and the microwave was an extra charge. The room lighting was a little dim. It took the water in the shower a while to warm up but once it did it was good.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because the pool and poolside bar were closed. For the price we paid for this room I feel like the facilities should have all been in working order, especially in a hotel in Orlando.

Very comfortable beds! Rooms were a nice size and common areas are elegant and a little whimsical without being overly pretentious. Breakfast was fine but candidly lacked culinary refinement consistent with the great surroundings. Very comfortable furnishings and the art on the walls is impressive. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

My hotel room seemed a little overdue for a remodel and refresh - especially the bathroom. When I cross the $300/night rate I really start to expect not to have a tub shower combo with a shower curtain. The bathroom also would benefit from updated tile and honestly the whole room could have been cleaned a little better but I suspect staffing is very challenging. It is important to note that I would happily stay here again the next time I am in downtown Orlando.

The staff is attentive and kindley. The build is remarkable. The location is excellent. Perfect hotel.
