Breakfast was good, location good close to everything. Staff was nice.

Our room started to feel very humid so 2 nights we were very uncomfortable. Didn’t think much of it until the second night, but when I spoke to the staff the staff switched us rooms right away. After being settle in new room we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

It was very nice. It had a valet and when you get a ride somewhere they open the doors for you when you leave and when you come back! The pool was nice and was open till 11pm. The breakfast was ok.

You had to pay $14 parking fee per night which I thought was free parking when I reserved the room. Also the light in the bathroom by the mirror didn’t work so it was hard to put on makeup!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful and so sweet and the the location is great. Your able to walk around the corner and be able to ride a Ferris wheel or a tall swing or go bowling with family. The hot water sure is the best touch to this hotel. After a long day of waking at the water park or Disney, it was a very nice thing to get back to the hotel to enjoy.

I wish they had more options for breakfast besides that, they were great.

exceeded my expectations, clean environment, very kind attendants, the room was clean and bathrooms too, excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cheese, omelette, hot coffee, juices we liked it very much congratulations on the service

the beds are hard but let's have understanding we are still coming out of a pandemic where it affected the hotel chain so let's support it, I will stay again for sure

Great location! We were going to Disney World and didn’t mind the drive which was like 18 minutes from the hotel to the parks parking lot. The price was amazing, the size of the room great, the breakfast had a wide selection and tea and coffee were available 24h. I honestly don’t think you could get a better quality for the price. Definitely will come back if we’re in Orlando again.

everything after we make the check in it was awesome but our complaint is for the lady at front desk because she was rude, she wasn’t kind and polite. she never tried to find a good way for finding my reservation # actually she refused to attend us until we talk to customer service of booking.com. so our check in took 4 hours, it was a really nightmare but finally other lady helped us and she found the reservation.

During our trip to the USA and after staying in 43 hotels/motels ,this was a great hotel to stay at the end of our trip. Friendly staff ,Great WiFi ,comfy beds and very good air conditioning ,good breakfast and coffee available 24 hours in the lobby Would highly recommend

insufficient parking. We attended a concert and got back to hotel late. we had to park far down a dark road and walk in the dark to the hotel. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The first two days of birth was limited I think that is was because of Covid. But from the third day the breakfast was really good and they have variation like cornflakes bagels eggs sausage yogurts. The pool was really good and clean. I travel a lot and I can say with all responsibility that staff in this hotel are welcoming reliable and awesome. I have to add the location of the hotel is very privilege it's really near of Icon park, I just hope they not raise the prices is my second visit and I intend to visit again.

The hotel was really great the only thing that maybe can be more accessible is to work or create a pin more relevant in the Google maps and Uber location because it none uber driver find the main entrance of the hotel.
