I like all the pools and amenities.

Front desk does not open until 7am. So we arrived at 6am off our overnight flight and had to wait an hour to be checked in and get a room. We were exhausted and were under the impression we could check in at anytime like other places. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and would take an hour to drain. It was annoying to all have to brush our teeth in the morning and wash our hands. We started washing out hands and brushing our teeth in the shower to avoid that.

The property is located in a good place. There is a lot of stuff near by.

I needed help with the grill called the front and even though they said someone would come help us to wait there, no one came and like 30-45 minutes passed. Also a pipe burst when we were watching a movie and instead of the guy at the front letting us know, my husband felt water on his shoe. So he got his shoe dirty with pipe water. The whole place smelled like poop. That’s how we noticed and let everyone who was in there know. Also the room we stayed in had a funky smell. It also sucks that the laundry uses quarters bc if you don’t have any change you have to go to the store to make some.

I liked the Breakfast in the morning, but would have loved a little more selection of other Breakfast items added to the current selection you already have.

The only thing I didn't like was that, no one phoned my room the morning I left. And I had asked the night before that someone ring my room in the morning at 5:30am. Nobody called to wake me up at that time, which was disappointing because I almost didn't wake up in time for the Breakfast. Luckily I did wake up in time for the Breakfast.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. A lot of amenities to choose from and the shuttle bus was a plus. I wish I had stayed longer to have a chance to check out the water park and the lounge.

You couldn't leave a single light by the bed on without having all the lights on. I wish I could have checked in with the option to speak with someone about the vacation club. I felt pressured into paying $20 for a tour that i had no interest in participating in. I didn't attend and lost the $20. You don't get a room key without having to listen to their whole speech.

Everything, the small kid water park was amazing, and just a heads up, buccaneers bay only has rock climbing and zip lining, but it’s free… they have several pools and hot tubs… they have a movie theater and game room… so much to do

Some of the pools weren’t small enough for the kids, the one located at the hotel wasn’t, it was 3 feet minimum and about 5 feet max, but they do have one located further down, you just Have to drive there.. it’s not that far though in a car

Buccaneers play area was not for the age needed. I have grandkids that are 11 and 12 and there wasn’t too much for them to do. But overall we still had an awesome time.

The location is PERFECT! You have so many options with pools, mini golf splash park movies family recreational activities throughout the day... the staff were very helpful

The unexpected resort fees after thinking I was paid in full

They have everything you need on site as far as entertainment: pool, water playground, movie theater, craft center, zip line…close to groceries and shopping centers…walking distance.

I didn’t have hot water until I left. The washers are not updated; they still take quarters; there was no change machine in the wash room.

I liked how spacious the room was, the halls were quiet for the most part, staff was friendly as well, and the property was clean.

There is NO phone reception in or around the hotel, breakfast was more grab and go stuff like muffins and bagels, and there is no restaurants on site. Shower wasnt adjustable so water was too hot.

breakfast was like a zoo. so many people and kids. tables were not cleaned up although they had a good selection of food. I believe it was a place where prospective couples stay who will go to a timeshare
