Location was nice and the amenities were great!! Lots to do! Several pools, hot tubs, "beach" area with hammocks and ping pong, volleyball, basketball, shuffle board, karaoke on the weekends. Food at restaurant was also really good and not overly priced. Property supervisor (Stephanie I think) was absolutely wonderful!! She helped move us to a ground floor unit when I thought we were gonna be stuck.

No elevators!! This wouldn't be awful had I known upfront that there were not any elevators. We were being put on the 3rd floor (which this unit was huge!! With more amenities than the unit we got moved to) main problem was I had my grandmother with us that would have been grounded to the room as she is handicapped and could not make the 4 sets of steps on a daily basis. Calling Vacasa and the property, nobody could help me, which was very frustrating. So we started on the 3rd floor until a Supervisor from the property (I think her name was Stephanie) called and helped us move to a ground floor unit.

I always love the comfort of their homes. We always come to this location periodically for vacation. Everything is close and convenient.

Only issue is that the pools don’t stay open long enough for the money we pay. They need to consider moving the time because most of us enjoy the jacuzzi at night. Where we live there are no beaches so when we visit we do want to enjoy the pool.

Very roomy. The beach front pools were beautiful the whole place was beautiful

Temp in room could not go any lower than 72, bed in main bedroom very firm and our washer didn't work but through booking.com I thought I was going into a 3 bedroom booking some jpw switched it to a 2 bedroom. Very disappointed in booking

There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed all the amenities too.

The property was close to everything we needed. it was very spacious and clean. The pools were not overly crowded. It was a very peaceful setting with wonderful places to walk.

The mattresses definitely need to be updated. The kitchen had no dish clothes or towels. Replacements for trashbags would have been nice to have on hand.

All of the staff was very friendly including the waiter and waitress at Tradewinds.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the rental. We loved everything.

the late check in. being on the 3rd floor with no elevator then the fact they painted the steps in front of our 3rd floor apartment and we had to walk all the way to the other end to use those ones for 3 days. definitely got a work out on vacation.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. If i had a problem maintenance came very quickly. The resort had numerous pools on site as well.My family really enjoyed the resort. I will be back soon.

Only problem I had was with the dryer it was not working properly.

Loved everything about this place! Very clean staff was professional. Location and amenties was perfect for my family of 8. Loved the size of the bathrooms and master bedroom I felt like I got my moneys worth compared to other places. Definitely will be back!

The property was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the many activities offered.

The bed in my condo was horrible. My body still hurts having to sleep on them. There was no TVs in the rooms but other then that it was amazing. Was located by the pool and basketball court.
