Had every amenity we needed! the kids loved the water park! We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom, it was HUGE. we loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer, beds were very comfortable.

We weren’t allowed to bring any food or drink into the waterpark. I completely understand not being allowed to bring in alcohol, but not having snacks readily available for hungry kids and needing to buy them from the cafe was inconvenient and expensive! We were also surprised about the parking fee for $18/day. I’m sure it’s written in the fine print when we booked, but we didn’t see it, and we were quite surprised to have to pay an additional $100 when we checked in. It would be more transparent to have the parking fee policy in the forefront when booking.

Nice large rooms, close to parks and other popular areas.

Food/drink prices are a bit on the high side (even for a resort). Our booking came with “breakfast included” which caused a lot of confusion, no one on the staff fully understood how it worked. First we were told it’s not free breakfast but only a 50 dollar credit, which sounds like a lot but only covers half of the breakfast for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were told that they had to apply the credit in the restaurant, but the restaurant said that they don’t do that, they just bill the room and they take care of it at the front desk. The front desk was not aware of this, so it was like no one knew what was going on.

I loved the room and the property was so nice! We came here for the water park and loved it! Staff was nice!

So I was supposed to have free breakfast and I was told to add it to my room and then when I check out they will take it off so I did...well hours later I get back home and check my account I was charged 125 for breakfast which isn't right. Especially when I paid 500 for one night and 20 to park...I tried calling front desk was on hold for over 30 mins so I just hung up. Not sure what to do at this point but prolly won't go back.

The pools and water slides were fun for the kids. The suite was spacious, and we’ll equipped, including washer / dryer.

Overall it seemed understaffed. There was a long line for check-in, and service at the restaurant was extremely poor. I had to complain when it took 45 minutes to bring omelettes to our table at breakfast. I went to the kitchen window and brought them to the table by myself because there was no sign of the server.

Very nice resort. The pools and pool area are kept clean. The servers in the pool area are convenient and so friendly. The room was very clean on arrival. The front desk was very kind in finding me a floor level room. (balconies make me anxious with my toddler). There is a bit of a walk to the water park depending on where your room is located. No problem unless you/someone with you has some mobility issues. I would stay here again for sure.

They only gave us 4 bath towels in a room with 6 people so we had to hunt down towels a few times. The life jackets at the water park were not free, a small price but I would have maybe brought my own had I known, nothing in the FAQ tells you that.

There were roaches in our room

The property was close to mayor restaurant and convince stores. Resort was clean, organized, and very pleasant for kids.

The power outage in the resort for around 4 hours was something we didn’t expect. The staff did not inform us of the issue till we headed down to reception. No follow-up call with the guest in regards the outage.

We enjoyed everything had everything our family needed for a great week of vacation.

The only thing I didn't like is how expensive the arcade is I paid for the highest arcade package at $120 it was split between 3 children and it went literally in 10 mins cause it only gives you 600 credits and it was split into 3 different cards for 3 kids giving them 200 credits a piece and the games charge 10 or more credits per play.

I loved everything.

The rooms were great. The only thing I would say is if you are planning on doing lots of other things like Legoland, Disney etc.. paying the resort fees to not use them may be worth thinking about. You pay the resort fees when you get there. We were there 6 nights and swam just a 2 times (we didn't have much time and then weather was a bit chilly - we were there in January) even though the pool is heated which was great! The resort fees were over 1K which we paid once we arrived. So it was actually quite a lot to not use. Just something to think about when you are planning your trip!

I would have preferred to pay the resort fees only on the days I actually used the resort!
