It's a great option for your money. Check-in/check-out went smoothly in minutes. The hotel/lobby area is exceptionally clean and nice. There's a huge parking lot and a garage, so you can always find a place to park. The room was standard size, but clean and tidy. If you're staying there, definitely check out the pool: it's great to spend some time after travel there, and they keep it warm. There's a bar by the pool with reasonable prices (and even a happy hour in the evening!). Breakfast is great! They offer oatmeal, cereal, scramble eggs, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, and famous Mickey Mouse waffles. I'm honestly surprised why this hotel has only 2 stars, but good reviews on all major websites convinced me to try, and it turned out really good. The hotel is very close to parks - 10 min to Amimal Kingdom or Magic Kingdom. They even offer complimentary shuttle.

There was an issue with closing the door. It wasn't always closing automatically because of the deadbolt not going inside the door. We couldn't close the door and even called the maintenance, but then figured out the trick how to fix it when it happens. It's not a big deal, really.

Staff were very friendly with the exception of some of the cleaning crew..overall amazing hospitality!! Gateway road to Disney

There was a parking fee of 10 dollars a night which is taken off a 20 dollar incidental fee charged per night l, there were very few handicap parking available which by 9 pm were all full, also the handicap bathtub was not really handicap accessible besides the grab bars (it did not look like the picture posted on the site) the tub was too high for a person with one leg finally the cleaning crew did not refill the amazing Alice + Co lavender and eucalyptus conditioner which was empty when I went to run some errands

Convenient to Disney Parks, clean, modern facility, plenty of options for breakfast onsite + outside eateries.

The only disappointment was that the facility does not offer room cleaning everyday. Was not informed of this when asked for additional pillows. It would have been helpful to know this upon check in as well as in person when engaging with front desk staff. They were responsive when contacted but this was after calling to let them know the room was not cleaned nor garbage disposed + request for extra pillows. Again would have been a better experience if informed in advance of their alternate day cleaning and not late after returning exhausted from a long day. Thanks.

My daughter and I loved this hotel and the area where it is located. We have been staying in this area for 5 years now, this hotel is new to the area. Very close to Disney, no more than 10 minutes, and very close to a very large shopping center with multiple restaurants, shops, grocery stores, on and on. The hotel staff are great, very accommodating, breakfast is excellent, free parking right there. Very clean rooms and bathrooms.

While we were there they had an issue with the internet, so we could not watch any internet streaming movies. We were very disappointed, i am unable to stay late in the parks, so after eating our meal at night, we go back to the hotel to relax and watch a movie. We were very disappointed. We will be going back in March and hope by then the internet is fixed. That was the only negative, we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Nice, clean and modern hotel located near the Disney parks. We stayed there for five nights to be at Disney for three days. We were greeted by the lovely Juliette who - although dealing with check-in and multiple phone calls at the same time - was tremendously friendly and made us feel at home the minute we entered the hotel. We got a nice, quiet and clean room at the top floor with a bathroom with shower (no tub) and a single king bed. Parking is free and the breakfast is also included. The breakfast is classic American with bagels, oatmeal with different toppings, Mickey Mouse shaped waffles as well as scrambled eggs and sausages. A small selection of fresh fruit (bananas, mandarines and oranges) was also available. The staff was friendly at all times. We’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside in our opinion was the plastic cutlery and plates. This just doesn’t feel right… why not put some actual plates and cutlery there in order to avoid the large amount of plastic waste every single morning?

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, lots of storage options in the room, the lobby area was beautiful, breakfast bar was large and well maintained, staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again. The room we had was extremely quiet and the staff attended to a request we had very quickly. Breakfast foods were delicious and plentiful. Location was very close to Disney property and easy to travel back and forth.

They offered a great breakfast selection. The area is new so not a lot around there yet but you’re still only 5-10 mins away from shopping & restaurants. Extremely close to Disney without the crowds and high pricing hotel.

Would’ve like to have been notified that the final price from booking.com was not the real final price. The hotel charged a $20 per night incidental fee.

Location is excellent if you are visiting Disney. New hotel with good amenities. Clean, safe. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good but hot options were a bit blend. Our room was right in front of the ice machine which is open to the corridor. The machine itself was very loud and the ice dispenser when in use was heard from inside the room. Also, I could hear the people from the adjacent room like they were inside. Nothing that bother me too much.

The rooms are well-appointed with all the amenities one could need, and the attention to detail in the decor is remarkable.The friendly staff members were always ready to assist and made sure I felt right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the parks. With its charming ambiance, exceptional value, delectable breakfast offerings, modern amenities, and prime location, it's an ideal choice for an unforgettable stay.

Very nice room, hotel and location. Breakfast buffet was typical American (if you like the type), well prepared and large, including assortment of scrambled eggs, waffles, fruits and a variety of side dishes. Parking was easy (although charged extra). The little shop in the hotel was very convenient for last minute things (water, snacks etc).
