Great location, can take a shuttle to Disney and back. Also laundry facilities at the property, and decent breakfast included

Housekeeping is not daily, but not a huge deal

I feel like this is a hidden gem I almost hate to divulge. The proximity to the parks without the extra traffic was golden. We were 10 minutes away from everything. Target and Walgreens right across the street had us wanting for nothing. The staff went above and beyond. We arrived late the night before and didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:30. We walked down at 9:32 and they made sure we were still able to grab coffee and a quick breakfast. The large hotel pool and bar/restaurant area gave great resort vibes and were very relaxing after long days at the park. I feel I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Communication about the rides to and from the parks could have been better.

A really good find for persons not wanting to spend a ton for stays at the Disney and Universal Resorts but want to be as close as possible. The hotel Exactly as described on the website. Check in and check out was super easy. Staff was welcoming, our rooms were ready on arrival and clean. We couldn't figure out the settings for the tv and within a few minutes a technician came and sorted it. Excellent response time. We stayed 9 nights and our rooms were cleaned with fresh towels regularly (every other day). Glad the amenities we cared about were available - iron, hair dryer, fridge, workstation. Breakfast was included which was ideal for us. Standard continental breakfast but there was enough variety so we didn't get bored. Yogurt, granola, oats, cheerios, morning oos, bananas, apples, oranges, pears, bread, bagels. mickey mouse waffles, muffins, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, hot chocolate orange and apple juice. My daughter loved the pool, I loved the hot tub. The onsite restaurant bar and grill was a winner for us. My husband chilled at the poolside bar whilst we enjoyed the pool. Loved that it opened late until 11 pm as we always arrived back at the hotel late in the evening just in the nick of time to grab. Pizza was great, Proximity to attractions /shopping Loved the location. There is a small shopping area opposite the hotel, 5 mins walk where you can find a Target, Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants etc. It was really close to the Disney Parks- 11 - 17 mins drive at most and reasonably close to Universal Parks - 30 mins. The hotel is just about 5 mins drive from the US 192 where you can find anything you need. Our favorite stop was at Rolling Oaks Common Plaza where there is a Target Superstore, a Publix supermarket on the opposite side, lots of shopping outlets, bars and restaurants. We hung out there on Friday night and had a blast.

Loved the fact this hotel was only 5 minutes away from Disney, free parking, breakfast was good and overhaul a good experience. The pool and kids arcade center was an added plus. Andrew and the staff took care of any issues I may have had quickly and efficiently.

When we arrived our room 129 was not properly cleaned. We opened up the sofa bed and it was filthy with hair, dirt and what looked like moldy mattress. We immediately reported and Andrew the manager apologized and immediately took care of our issue. He made no excuses and took responsibility for the experience. This is why I scored the property so high. When you have an issue at a property and they immediately address and make it right, this is a hotel I will visit again. The only other mention is that our room was only cleaned once in 4 days so not sure what happened. We didn't call so can't fault the hotel for not knowing. Wonderful property, clean and friendly staff so a must stay and will be back!

The location, the breakfast was fabulous, the cleanliness of the grounds and pool, the location of the restaurant and the amenities such as the ping pong table all fantastic.

The only issue we had was the service in our room. we were told it would be every other day but it was not cleaned in the week we were there. additionally, we had accidentally spilt an iced coffee (with milk) and although we told staff multiple times, it was never cleaned up in the three additional days after we spilled. The pictures of the room was not as I expected. I thought it would be a one bedroom with a living room, it was not a full bedroom so if you needed privacy, you couldn’t have that. These were our only disappointments, otherwise it was fantastic and I would stay there again.

Great location, room was big and had work space, frig, microwave and coffee maker. Disney shuttle. Decent breakfast.

Very spacious room, nice breakfast. Really liked the Mickey-Mouse shaped waffles :) Location is good, good proximity to the Disney parks (relatively - a short car ride) and has Target, Starbucks etc. across the street (although no pedestrian crossing for some reason so be careful!)

The hotel offers shuttles to some of the Disney parks but the hours of the shuttle are very inconvenient - leaves the hotel late for example, so we didn't use it. However, we took Uber to the parks and back, and it wasn't too expensive (max 12$).

Great location for Disney World. We opted for Uber but the hotel does offer a shuttle. The facilities were good, the pool area in particular was excellent and would entice you to come back again. There was ample seating to be had at all stages, plenty of towels available and the pool was at varying depths up to a maximum depth of 5 foot which made it accessible go all ages and swimming abilities. There were shops such as Target/Wallgreen right across the road. Staff were polite and helpful also.

If the rooms were upgraded a bit I am sure the hotel could be rated higher, but there wasn't really any issue with them.

Loved the location minutes away from all things Disney couldn’t ask for a better location if proximity to all things Disney is your goal. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Frozen yogurt machine in the lobby is fun and tasty. If possible get a room with fireworks view. Price point was great for the location and amenities and the pool is nice. Also has a pay laundry on site.

A few things that weren’t stellar while I felt like our room was clean the hallways weren’t the cleanest ( loose trash, overflowing trash cans) Still not a deal breaker because again location and kind staff. You have to pay to park just a heads up, and the beds face the bathroom which I found odd.

The hotel offers complementary breakfast which was actually good. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Across of it there's a Target and other shopping and dining locations. While the hotel is close to Disney World, it is very far away from Universal Studios.

The toilet was dirty and its bowl had stains that on first sight looked like excrement. Also, there were a couple of maroon/brown stains on the bathroom wall. Finally, one of the pillow cases had 2 small red dots. The cleanliness of the room was lacking and they only do housekeeping every other day.
