Very clean facility. Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Hot eggs, sausage, and hot oatmeal with make your own pancakes. Cereal and fresh fruits. Area and tables were clean.

Bad customer service. At check-in front desk attendant was not present. Had to continuously call and then she came out. In the middle of checking me in she excuses herself, goes in the back and takes about 8 minutes. Sounded like there were kids in the back room. At checkout the next day no one was there because they were “training someone”. Bathroom sink was as clogged.

I liked the beds and design of the room, the breakfast, and convenience of parking/location for our Apopka stay (was visiting family in town, not for Disney)

The room had a little bit of dirty details in the bathroom, the floor caulking, very minimal. Overall, I didn’t feel unclean, but it prevents me from giving a perfect 10. Also, expensive for Florida I feel. $185 per night for a very straightforward standard cookie cutter Holiday Inn. But that may be because it was a holiday weekend.

Holiday in my opinion out of most of those so-call 5 ✨star hotel is the cleanest smell the best and have the newest and cleanest TOWELS and WASHCLOTH Please don't change anything about your room service if anything enhances and you will be no1. No doubt

The front desk reception need a little bit more training unwelcome in guess. I also don't like that as a IHG members I was not given my Points for the 2 rooms that I booked and paid because I didn't buy it directly from Holiday Inn I hope they will stop that because I buy the room and we stay so I feel like we should still get my Points.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, a great experience!

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, fresh towels and beds made every day when staying multiple nights. Good breakfast and clean dining area. Dispensers for shampoo, body wash,and lotion were put in the bathroom during our stay. Really like that feature.

Our bed was broken down on one side making it feel like we could fall our of bed.

Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Staff were courteous and the maid who cleaned our room did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable and the whole facility including the pool and fitness areas were very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the 436. Hotel entrance had a traffic light, so you could go in either direction without trying to merge.

Gorgeous pool...location is great if visiting Apopka to see family. Very busy intersection, lots of traffic. The grounds were in desperate need of some TLC which they were working on...

We had chosen the hotel for one night because we could pick up the rental car here at the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was extremely good, rich - hot and cold dishes, fresh waffles, very good coffee, yogurt. We rarely had such a good hotel breakfast in USA.
