Definitely liked the close proximity to all the attractions. Loved how house keeping stopped by everyday to freshen up the room. Room service was pricey but it was more about convenience. There wasn’t a microwave in the room but there were some available for use in the lobby and they were clean. Front desk was patient and helpful at check in/out. Pool was heated and the bar was nice. A portion of the kid’s zone was under maintenance but the splash pad and slide were still fun for the little ones. We enjoyed the small game room as well. The resort offered a free drink voucher at any of the restaurants on site and that was nice too. There were so many little areas throughout the resort to sit/relax at and I really enjoyed that.

A few things I didn’t like about the property was the cost for parking. It was 38/night on top of all the other fees. The bath tub seemed to drain a little slower than it should. It wasn’t a huge deal worth troubling the staff about but definitely didn’t expect that with this type of property. It might be time to replace the carpet and tub as well and I’m not sure if it was normal but the water in the bathroom had an odd smell to it.

Loved almost everything! It was in the perfect location for our yearly visit to seaworld, as we literally just had to walk across the street. We were able to get pretty much anything we needed either delivered or somewhere in the hotel & of course there's uber/lyft so you really don't even need a car.

If you do have a vehicle however, parking prices are ridiculous. $40/day just to park in the parking lot of a hotel where you are already paying for your stay plus resort fees is excessive in my opinion. Especially when you really have no other options if you're traveling in your car.

I love everything about this location. The rooms were big comfortable clean and worth the money!

I wasn’t crazy about the car parking. We paid $40 for self service for one car which there were no close parking I feel if you’re charging that much then I need to be closer or in a parking garage. We also had to pay valet for another vehicle and that was also $54 all in all almost $100 for one day in parking.. in a way it made me feel like I could’ve just went to a different hotel a bit more luxury since I paid all of that for parking alone. Dont get me wrong we loved the facility, but I do think they can rethink the parking daily charges.

The rooms were huge and the beds were comfy! We loved the large atrium area. There were plenty of food/drink options and my daughter loved the soft serve ice cream. It’s also within walking distance to seaworld :)

The bottom of the tub in our bathroom was stained and the paint was chipped. The water pressure in the shower was very low. For the price of this hotel I would have expected better. Parking was over priced as were the resort fees. They do give you two drink tickets to redeem for a complimentary beer or wine but I didn’t use them so I would have preferred to have free parking.

The hotel had very nice facilities. Room was nice and good size. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. I like that they have a store in the lobby that had basic good provisions for breakfast. The pool and pool area was lovely. We went to Sea World across the street. Best location if you're going to Sea World. So close.

Over air-conditioned in lobby but that's like most hotels, though the Best Western wasn't. They didn't have a security lock on the room door. The room lighting wasn't great.

Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds and towels. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Excellent gift shop - lovely staff. Nice food in the cafe - delicious tuna sandwiches. Bright and airy ambience in the foyer and general ground floor.

The bedrooms need a bit of TLC. The blackout curtains were shredded so I think some new ones are needed. The mattress in my room needed to be replaced.

Very family friendly, large comfortable rooms and conveniently located.

Housekeeping services were sub- standard. They did not vacuum rooms and ‘forgot’ to clean the room one of the days. Glad to have had a rental car because I did not see a single shuttle for the theme parks which was surprising. Food at all the restaurants was basically the same limited menu.

Hotel was kind of empty. You need to do make it more attractive to people to come to stay. Offering better prices for Disney tickets sea world etc. online tickets are much cheaper to buy. Have a person to play the piano etc in the evening

We really liked the outdoor area and plenty of seating inside the hotel. It was very convenient to have multiple eating options within the hotel so we didn't have to drive. The room was a good size and view of Orlando was amazing.

Our room had an adjoining door and was super noisy at night. All the hotel room doors slam shut and you could hear every bang from the rooms around you. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were way to soft for us and had zero form to them.

Location was PERFECT, as we walked to Sea World the next day. Our room was AMAZING, which we appreciated as we are on our honeymoon.

The only thing was that, as we were waiting in line to check-in, one of the desk workers redirected the entire line to stand between two ropes, instead of beside the ropes. Which just seemed a little pointless and snooty, lol.
