1. The free shuttle to Disney world parks is beyond amazing! I was pleased to save $$ on the Uber and didn't need to worry about commuting to the parks . 2. I stayed six nights and the room keeper changed the towels and took away the trash daily, which was exactly what I needed. 3. The size of their TV is bigger than the hotels with similar price. 4. They offer free breakfast. Nothing too exciting about breakfast. But it is nice to have hot waffles and bananas for the morning. Honestly, we didn't have much time to have a decent breakfast before heading to the park. For the decent affordable price, free breakfast and shuttle are beyond amazing! 5. The AC was on when we arrived. That's thoughtful. 6. The location is near the Walmart, Starbucks, and I-Hop. There are two convenient stores nearby, too.

1. The room definitely needs a massive pest control. We killed 5-8 small cockroaches daily during our stay. 2. The pipe of the sink was clogged.

I absolutely love the layout of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, the mini fridge is AMAZING for having a freezer, and the wood floors make the whole room feel cleaner. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful. The breakfast is great especially if you're on the run. The price is great and it is only a 10 minute drive from Disney. This is officially gonna be our new hotel to go to when we have Disney trips. Can't wait to stay again!

The only thing I didn't like was a couple of rude guests. But that is to be expected in the Orlando area, so it didn't really matter.

The pool was great for the children. Fridge and microwave was a great addition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Offer of a free shuttle bus was also great but not a facility that we used unfortunately as it was only a one night stop before leaving for home in the UK.

General up keep of the room and facilities. Looking a bit old, "tired" and run down. Pool looked like it needed more maintenance and perhaps kept tidier. Also did not like the quoted prices online ($73) then being increased to include service charges making it $91 once the reservation was made. Confirmation email mentioned children under 9 were free but the cost was attributed to the room, not on the basis of how many guests there were and their ages.

Waffle station great touch, didn't see any cartons of milk for cereal for kids. Save money with a juice machine option, Opposed to having juice boxes where people can take as many as they want for the day. Didn't see a handwash sink.

I was on the 1st floor with I prefer but residence above me sounded like they were moving furniture all night both nights. Very disturbing. No dresser in the room for clothes and the hanging clothes was located above the fridge and microwave. Odd. Didn't enter the pool, it was very murky, cloudy. Not clear looking.

the pool is nice and clean, there is a convenient shuttle bus service to the parks. the driver was helpful and kind with our kids.

a misunderstanding about the taxes that had already been calculated by booking and were charged twice without notice by the hotel. we finally got the refund but wasn’t pleasant as we were still guests and we were not notified personally. there is no coffee machine in the motel

They provided the shuttle to Disney land and it's really nice !! I truely recommend if you want to use shuttle service.

Room condition is just fine with the price. If you want to save money, it's appropriate.

The front desk attendant Vivian was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and accommodating and very helpful. She made my stay the best. The smoking room was a bit shabby but the non smoking room was way better. Pool was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Although the rooms where very clean and comfy I did experience a few unwanted bugs(roaches) in both rooms I stayed in. 1 in each room isn't a problem and was the worst part of my stay. Other then that I couldn't be happier.

Super accessable, with great location and price. You feel almost like home in terms of comfiness and security. You can pretty much go walking to severo stores near by and the amusement parks are close too!

Our key cards got deactivated a couple of times during our stay, preventing us to access our room and property for limited time. Still, the personnel was 24/7 at the front desk, always willing to help us fix that with great attitude towards the issue and provide us with an instant solution every time it happened!

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean to the nines with all the necessary toiletries. Our stay was a magical deal for what your dollar is worth.

There is nothing to not like about the property but all appreciation except that hope if the guest is staying for a couple of days that bathroom tissue will be in abundance or leave a couple already so guest dont need to bother to ask for another.

The facility is older, but management and employees are truly doing their best to keep it clean. The Disney shuttle is indeed free and the driver is always on time and super-nice. You can truly relay on him picking you up at the location and time he said he would. Also, he will wait a bit and look for you if you are running late. We have been guests at this hotel already and came back for the second time. The value for the money is amazing!
