It's right on the beach

It needs to be updated and spruced up some. Also on the beach in front of the hotel they have a company that rents chairs and umbrellas and they take up the whole beach front. The cost is $20 and hr or $60 for the day. If you want to sit by the water you have to move out from in front of the hotel.

The staff. And location

Location and staff were great! Unit was clean. Everything I needed, but if you have a family -you’d need to bring additional plates and utensils beds were comfortable and a great balcony overlooking the ocean and gorgeous sunset.

Older and needs some rehab, but ok if you’re not so picky. I could smell people smoking every time I sat on balcony and the chairs provided aren’t very comfortable. A table on the porch would have been a nice addition. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic I’d stay again.

took 13 year old granddaughter and her friend to the beach. our first visit to PCB. The hotel was on the beach and had a wonderful pool for when the children got tired of being on the beach they had a fabulous time . Hotel was very convenient to dining as well as shopping and other activities especially for teenagers. Convenience to amusement park was great. The hotel room was nice and large and very well set up. The balcony was fabulous.  We will be coming back. thank you

I found nothing to dislike

Right on the beach. walking distance of several restaurants. Very clean and staff was super friendly. Pool was incredibly clean

we requested a balcony room so we could sit and enjoy the ocean view. the room we were given was directly beside the pool and quite noisy. Next time I will request a balcony higher and away from the busy pool area. Also, I had to revise our booking when I realized that the original room was not a balcony and pay a good gambit extra. A woman checking in at the same time we were had the same issue and they upgraded them free of charge even though I let them know we had the same confusion.

I went into this place thinking omg it’s gonna be terrible I did a horrible choice of just booking without doing my research on this place, I just quickly looked at some and said I’ll take it. Well I’m glad I did! The location is amazing! In the middle of everything! Waffle House, Walmart, an authentic taco joint! Great area to take a walk, being able to walk on the beach at night. The hotel is pretty nice it’s decent for the price. I got the one with the kitchen inside, no they don’t have any cooking utensils but I brought my own, but they do apply some you just have to go to the lobby and ask. (Just bring your own no big deal). The bed was really comfy but I always bring extra sheets and blankets I don’t like laying on any hotel bed without my own sheets and that goes for any hotel . It was clean but not squeaky clean but it wasn’t dirty I was most shocked to see that the kitchen was not dirty and I was shocked to see the microwave so clean lol. I’m definitely returning next year!

They don’t apply much towels. The elevator is slow and old looking but hey it got the job done. Too many weirdos at the pool literally about to do the nasty and no one supervises at all (to atleast tell them to take it to the room smh).

The hotel is adorable! It's probably one of the original hotels from the "old days" of Panama City Beach, but they have done an excellent job of keeping it updated and current, while still keeping some of the nostalgia that we remember. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was beachside, right next to the pool. The pool was very clean and although we didn't have time to use it, it looked like the lounge chairs were clean and in great condition. There's a cute tiki bar that looks like it's probably a lot of fun when it's open. I loved the swinging chairs and the adirondack chairs that were in the big open areas. Classic charm!

The lighting in the room in the evenings was pretty low. Our room could have used another lamp or two, but overall it was still very comfortable. We were lucky enough to find parking at the hotel each time we came back. Since it is one of the old classic hotels, there is very little parking on site, but there is overflow parking across Front Beach Road. I'm glad that we didn't end up over there, but I imagine if we visited during the busy season, we wouldn't be so lucky.

It was clean and quiet. Right on the water nice view.

The bathroom was a little dirty, and blood was on the sheets, but other than that it was good for the price. If you come be ready for people correction white people to be looking at you making me feel like you don’t belong there. Very racist they don’t want to be in the same place as them. We felt uncomfortable using the pool. 

The hotel is quite decent, the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable. I went with my wife and son and we were fortunate that they gave us room # 132 that has direct access to the beach which is very comfortable.

Some hotel facilities are a bit neglected and need more attention

The hotel was right on the beach and the pool was super clean and fun to swim in. The staff were very accommodating and friendly towards my service animal.

There were a lack of outlets in the room. Our room faced the parking lot, there was a lot of light coming through the window from the cars.
