Comfort Suites

Location was great! Off of the main road but still super close to the beach and food/stores. Stayed on third floor and barely heard a peep from other vacationers or staff. Everything was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

I have no complaints!

Breakfast was great! Carla the one who manages the breakfasts and the dining area is great! Everything you need for a great breakfast she has it ready and the dining room clean, so you do not have to sit in dirty tables.

My bathroom was clean, but it wasn’t swept. There was hair from previous guest in the corners. The shower and sink, toilet all looked really clean, but the corners had hairs, I told the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it quickly. That was good!

This place was excellent. Compared to price and what this hotel rates it should be a 5 🌟 Staff super friendly and easy to interact with. The knowledge they willingly supplied when asked anything about local area was top notch. The suite was clean and up to date. The best part was their complimentary breakfast. Everything you could think of was offered. Almost as you were going to a buffet. Pool was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere poolside was great. Everyone was having a good time. Truly recommend if you need a decent price room with 5 star service.

The staff was very courteous throughout our stay, very quick to help with any issues or questions, it’s wonderful to go to a hotel on short notice and have no issues.

Continental breakfast was a bit crowded, but given the time frame we came down to eat and the busyness of the weekend we were there it certainly can’t be helped and was absolutely not the staffs fault. Just a lot of people trying to get to the waffle maker at once. The sweet lady that was taking care of the entire area did a tremendous job keeping everything filled and clean.

I don't write reviews too quickly but I had to do this one. Easy, fast and friendly check-in and out. The rooms were super clean, you could still smell cleaning products like they had just finished. Super soft bed and pillows-wish I could've taken them with us. Nice fridge with freezer section. Loved the room size and bathroom. Breakfast was full breakfast from sausage/bacon and eggs to cereal, waffles, muffins and fruit. Great location to get to quite a few attractions or beach spots right off. My husband and I needed this vacation and were looking forward to our stay. They did not disappoint.

They are remodeling rooms on the 1st floor. Kind of has a slight smell. Didn't bother us any, we were on 3. Just a heads up if someone wanted to know. Other than that there's nothing we didn't like besides our stay not being long enough!

The hotel met my family’s need. It was clean, close to the beach, quiet and the staff was nice. I absolutely love that it has the pull out sofa bed. When you have 3 children, you don’t have many places that give you this option. We always have great experiences stay at this hotel chain.

The beds were very comfortable, and appeared to be clean. The employees were very nice and gave us clean towels whenever we needed them. The free breakfast was nice too!

The laundry room was small and full of sand. They need to pay closer attention to the sofa bed bc it was not completely clean. It had food crumbs and stains under the mattress. The toilet had black stains under the rim inside the bowl. The carpet looked dirty. I tell you this bc our white socks were dirty after walking on the carpet.

The hotel doesn't request car registration info which we discovered to be a problem for them and us. While we were unloading our car we noticed the car next to ours was locked, running and quite hot. we moved our vehicle and reported to front desk.Hours later we reported this again, They had no idea who the car belonged to.

The breakfast was exceptional and the hotel was in a great location the staff was hospitable I stayed in a very nice King Suite, Geniece or Jenise (Sorry if I misspelled her name) was great she was very friendly and helpful. I will stay again if I'm in the Panama City area a great area and very convenient for restaurants, the beach, sightseeing and shopping. Thanks for everything, Randy.

When I first checked into my room there was no remote control for the TV I guess the cleaning crew probably forgot to leave one, but it was no big deal they provided a remote control for me.
