Spacious , decor was spot on. Breakfast attendant seemed put out, not cheerful.Food was great though. I liked that there was always fresh coffee there 24/7 with the flavors of creamers at my disposal...which is rare I find!

I had parked my U-Haul truck underneath the portica and when I got out of the vehicle I noticed that there was trash and debris kind of scattered underneath it on my way in I let the desk clerk know that there was trash in the portica and he kind of addressed me like oh well that's just what happens instead of thanking me and taking care of it but other than that really nice place

Well located on the outskirts of Lake Placid. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee! Excellent, friendly staff. Reasonably spacious room. Decent wifi.

The elevator was dirty and stayed dirty for the duration of our stay. I mean, the same dirt stayed in the same place. Elevator was s-l-o-w The pool was small and the water was cloudy both days of our stay so we didn't use it. We had to really crank the a/c down in our room to sleep at night because only a fairly heavy duvet was provided.

hotel was very close to my property that is being renovated this time , and I wasn’t able to sleep in my own house during this renovations. it’s seems that the Hotel itself was renovated not too long ago & it was done beautifully! very clean rooms & comfortable beds. price was extremely responsible! Breakfast included so much , from scrambled eggs & bacon to pancakes, to cereals, to yogurt, bagels & more. over all I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Lake Placid , Florida

Beautiful view eating breakfast. Clean comfy room. The guy on the front desk was friendly and personable, we had some laughs. Great breakfast item choice. The woman tending breakfast was awesome.

The website said hot tub/jacuzzi and it doesn’t actually have one anymore. This was the reason we booked the room here.

the rooms were fresh and clean, the breakfast was amazing and stacked with carbs for the Spartans residing there for the race weekend

on the booking app it said all the fees were included in the price given but when I got there, a fee was added on to the room. luckily the guy working was nice and helped me out

The hotel accommodated my later than usual checkout time due to sleeping in after an over night shift worked at hospital.

Shower curtain rod seemed to be in disrepair and the curtain kept sliding open slightly. Not a huge issue.

Very nice room, nice looking hotel. Breakfast excellent.

I am a female and if i had been traveling with another female it would have been hard to get dressed and made up at the same time. an extra Mirror over the desk in the room would have been excellent.

The breakfast was great. Fran was very helpful and a very pleasant person working in the breakfast area.

Better lighting in the room. You would need a flashlight to see how to work the microwave.

Breakfast was a little lackluster… hard butter… how can you expect to butter a bagel or toast with hard butter???

Lobby was very nice and updated as well as the room. Everything about our stay was great. Kenny at the front desk was AMAZING. He was so kind and helpful with so many things. The cleaning staff was also very kind as well. Overall it was a great stay and I will make sure to come back if I am ever in the area again. Thank you Kenny!
