Loved the view of the lake, clean and had a great breakfast. Room was clean and enough room for 2. Loved the shampoo and other products.

When we arrived at 11:58pm there was no one at the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to greet us for checking in.

The property /room was clean, the staff was polite, professional, friendly, attentive, prompt, etc.

There was a lot of noise coming from the guests. All I heard was bum bum from the guest next door. All day and night:(.

Breakfast was fine.

The fan in the bathroom always ran. There was no way to turn it off. So I had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time so that I could sleep.

breakfast starts at 7 am. Would prefer 6:30 am. i stayed there while participating in racetrack event at Sebring. We have to be at the track at 7:20 am and it is 15 minutes away. no time to get breakfast

location, cleanliness and 24 hour coffee. The check in girl was fantastic. I had room 208.

there were no intermediate covers for the bed. a heavy comforter or a thin sheet. too many pillows. the small fan in the ceiling would not shut off making noise.

Absolutely no complaints. To the Greeting when got there and left the next morning. I am so very impressed with everything. We were only there for 1 night. I slept so well in our bright and clean room.

I was in Sebring to see my grandson and didn't realize that the hotel did not have a pool . Would probably have stayed next door at the Marriott if I had known

The room was clean the hotel was clean they had coffee in the morning no matter what time you got up all pluses.

I loved the location, right on the lake with a dock and lots of outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just oozing with southern hospitality.

This hotel does not provide free toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup remover wipes. That’s the worst thing I can say about this hotel.
