Where do I start!! The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was wonderful and friendly. They kept us in clean towels all the time. The pool was fantastic. We did our laundry there, which was really nice. Very close to the beaches and parks. We meet really nice people in the other rooms. We would definitely be back next year. Wow. This place just looks like an old motel from the outside but inside was amazing! Nice little kitchen with a fridge, freezer, sink, stove and microwave, dishes included! Very nice bathroom. Nice bedroom, fold out futon bed, and two tvs. Laundry and pool onsite.

The blinds in the bedroom actually close over an old window ac so that was super weird. They need to update the window treatments. Also they have like the ugliest blue low wattage lightbulbs ever, but overall I'd say this motel is a great value.

I was pleasantly surprised at the room. It had two separate rooms....a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom, plus a bathroom. Though not a full kitchen, it had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, set of dishes and silverware, pots and pans....all I needed to prepare meals. The room had two tv's, was very clean, and the facility had a pool. Though not a new, modern hotel, I felt it was a tremendous value for the price I paid.

The couch in the living room area was stiff, and in the bedroom the AC was just over the bed and blew right across the bed. I would have preferred the AC be a bit further away from where I was in the bed.

Really comfortable bed. Housekeeping always asked if we needed anything and made sure we had plenty of towels etc.. Rooms were clean. Very useful having a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Pool was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly.

Rooms could do with a little refresh as they look dated in some areas. Needed a car to get to places but a great cocktail tiki bar and cafe you can walk to nearby.

Charming old Florida motel. Clean, large suite with kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was clean and excellent but without the super chlorinated sting your eyes smell/concentration. I was favorably impressed.

Furnishings were adequate although a bit dated. But that is to be expected in old Florida style motels, especially at this price point.

The staff has been very accommodating as we have had to change our arrangements due to complications with the job my daughter is working. The lady in the office is considerate and helpful. Shelly is wonderful in making sure we have everything we need in the room.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the maids where helpful with any needs we had. We liked the pool and felt safe at the hotel. If you do a lot of walking the area isn't a place I would walk alone at night. It was very clean.

The smell when we first got to our room was a little musky. But soon got use to it. We got cotton balls and but oil in the vents and that help so much.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

When I booked the room it said there was a living area...small couch I would assume from the pictures. Only had a table...so we sat on the beds to watch TV. And also dishes ...which there was none

As l am former snow bird who lived in Sarasota florida 8 years. I was sincerely happy with all my needs..the enternet was slow @ sometimes..but l was satisfied that l booked for December 2022& January & February 2023..if l well be alive l well be in Sarasota Regency ..Thanks for the good service. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had everything we wanted in a place to stay in our home away from home. WE will be staying there again on our next trip down and are telling everyone we know this is the place to stay in Sarasota

Nothing I can come up with other than the parking, but it is standard for a hotel of this size.
