Excellent customer service from front desk Tiffany, Good service recovery from Manager Scott after initial issue. Hotel is in a Great location, about five-minute drive to bars and restaurants. Hotel lobby is bright and airy, and their restaurant serves a tasty breakfast. It was wonderful to have convenient available parking right outside, which is included! Hotel is located in a nice quiet area of town, but still walkable.

On initial check in the rug in the bedroom was really stained and dirty from previous occupant. We brought this to the attention of manager Scott who provided. excellent customer recovery, he provided solutions, and we were able to continue and enjoy our vacation. Not sure if this is in all the rooms, but the air unit I would say is super noisy.

The room decor was nice and very Floridian, clean as could be! The mattress was a little to firm, but pillows comfy. Hotel provided beach towels, umbrellas and rides within a certain mile radius. What they called their pool was not a pool at all like at other hotels. It was 2 spa size pools, one heated one not. They are suppose to remodel and put in a new regular pool. The restaurant and bar was very good with choices. The hotel was not too large that you felt like you were at Disney. Very boutique style. I would go again to this hotel.

Definitely the pool area. They do charge a daily resort fee. If you plan to use the umbrellas, beach towels and transportation then worth it.

We original book a room at another hotel and stayed one night there were cockroaches in the room. I found Hotel indigo and was able to check in that day. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the shuttle was a bonus. Food was excellent.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a king suite and it had a nice sitting area, and a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were large, with walk in showers!

Parking was sparse near the hotel. There is an overflow parking lot a short walk from the hotel, but honestly it wasn't terrible. Also, there was a lamppost directly outside our window (room 206) Even with tucking in the curtains, the lamp outside illuminated our room at night, which kept my husband awake. We suggest the hotel look into getting something on the lamppost installed to direct the light away from the window.

Atmosphere, the room was very comfortable. The woman when we checked in was so very lovely!! Sadly, we can’t remember her name, but she was so kind. Please tell her. She was a black woman. Loved her! Also, the manager at the bar was friendly and nice when we stopped for a drink at night.

The breakfast took a long time to be served and was the wrong type of eggs, but we were pressed for time and accepted what they brought us.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the decor had an appropriate modern beach vibe. The hotel had a bunch of free loaner items like towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Also liked the free water and coffee. In the neighborhood, there were some great restaurants and breakfast joints. The hotel service was good, the staff friendly and attentive. The restaurant had some tasty items.

It was a little noisy outside until 10:30 pm. We were in the back by the parking lot and heard the van dropping people off and doors slamming. From the photos, I thought they had a legitimate pool. But it’s like hot and cold mini pools, more like hot tubs. Not a great big area to hang outside. Wished there was a breakfast and lunch option in the hotel, the restaurant opened at 4.

We appreciated the friendly staff, especially Ken and Barry the van drivers. the hotel provides free transportation within a 3 mile radius and we took advantage.

The small tvs in the rooms and the lack of good Chanels. Music in the dining room needs to be changed, maybe some light jazz?

Good location, beautifully decorated, Safe, Clean.

One broken elevator when we arrived, Murphys Law kicked in and the other elevator broke the next day. Repair persons fixed only one. Seems like differed maintenance issues. Also, limited open air parking. Parking garage below hotel. Some open air parking should be reserved for large vehicles, Vans, SUV's ,Large Trucks. My van wouldn't fit in the garage, so I had to jockey for parking sometimes.

The room was GREAT! Nice size and very clean. The shower was a big walk in shower and was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Scott, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The Hotel was fantastic. I love that they use Aveda products.

Room service was not good. I ordered a sirloin with vegetables and french fries. The steak I am not positive was real meat. The vegetables were small and rubbery, and the fries were ice cold. I would recommend eating outside the hotel. Their "snack center" was pretty picked over and was a bit expensive for granola bars and M&M's, Also, the robes in our room were VERY used. The material was itchy and fraying due to it being washed 1,000 times.

All the staff were exceptional. It is not a five star hotel, but the staff certainly were trained to make it feel like one. We did not eat at the restaurant, but did have drinks and it was, again, very well run, friendly. It was a very clean hotel, room was comfortable.

No robes, which are always nice.
