We loved the cabana that was provided with the room. The outside hotel bar was great too. The cabana boys kept non-visitors with umbrellas and tents out of the hotel designated beach zone.

The beds are not cleaned every day, it's every 3 days for long stays.... unless requested. But have to be out of the room ALL day for beds to be cleaned. Left our room at 9am, came back at 1:30pm the towels and trash had been taken care of but not the beds. Had to ask multiple times when it would be taken care of without an answer. Left the room for lunch (at 1:30pm) came back at 3pm, the beds still had not been touched. We were finally told that our room would be finished by 8pm, came back at 7:40pm and the room was finally finished. It made for an extremely long tiresome day.

The location was awesome. Rita at the front desk helped us to check on early. This will be my go to spot when I go to St.Pete.

The location, size of the pool and the beautiful beach. The room size is amazing and the views were incredible from our room. The rooms are very large and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable! The perks that you receive for the resort fee or awesome! They have plenty of lounge chairs around the property and definitely around the pool. The staff were very welcoming. If you have kids, there are a lot of things for them to do. Overall, I would stay here again.

We tried to go to the restaurant to eat at 11:05 a.m. and we were told that they were not serving food until noon because they had to switch over for lunch. Having information in the room for the restaurant and bars would've alleviated our issue. There is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel for adult entertainment (live music). All entertainment is off property. The 3 nights we were there, the only entertainment they had was a little karaoke at the inside bar. I would have preferred to stay at my own hotel and listen to some live music.

Room was clean but dated. Rooms and halls could use some brightening up and new furniture. $16.00 PER DAY TO SELF PARK. LOT WAS HALF EMPTY C'MON MAN.

Perfect location for food, groceries, bus line. The $15 towards food/drinks is wonderful. Food was delicious. Drinks were perfect on hot days. Pool was clean, plenty of towels and chairs. Having two beach chairs and shade at the beach included in the resort fee was nice to not worry about. Rooms are being updated, but the not-updated room I had was clean and functional. Rooms have table, chairs, an armchair, microwave, small fridge that actually was cold, and a coffee maker. They include 2 bottles of water. Many guests are repeat guests and I will be going back in the next couple of months again. It's a hidden gem.

I wish there was more opportunities for shade at the pool, but I managed to find some every afternoon. I wish the website indicated there will be a $50 per day hold for incidentals upon arrival. While it didn't impact me, it could impact those who may not have credit cards or available credit. It's separate from your $50 amenities charge and is collected at check in. It's $50 whether it's 1 person or two. There really isn't a negative!

very convenient, everything is available, between food & sacks, they have 2 great restaurants in the hotel, besides a plaza that has Publix, CVS, Chick-fil-A, a lot of good restaurants & even Chase bank The hotel rooms are spacious, maybe a little bit old but they have everything you need from USB chargers to a safe to a mini-bar refrigerator, microwave & a lot of storage areas

Everything was good, but maybe some areas of improvement, like they are short-staffed, especially at night, The front desk lady was speaking to us & trying to handle other guests besides answering room phone calls at the same time, she was amazing The pool area needs some kind of shade, adding umbrellas maybe the shower between the beach & the pool area, I think one is not enough, need to add one more

I thought the property was great. There was live music and karaoke when we showed up on Saturday. It's great that you're able to use credit at either the beach bar or the restaurant inside the resort. The pool was nicely maintained and the room was clean and spacious. The cabanas on the beach were awesome and the people overseeing the resort guests on the beach made sure the public didn't come onto the resort side of the beach, so it was never packed by any means compared to the other areas on either side of the resort beach. The food and drinks were awesome from Flippers Bar. You also get 2 free drink tickets, which is nice. Would definitely recommend this resort for anybody looking to stay within a budget.

The only thing that wasn't great was limited tv channels (Not too big of a deal when you're on the beach the majority of the time) and we had upstairs neighbors that sounded like they were moving furniture around for quite a while. It actually sounded like they were throwing chairs across the room. It was impressive how much noise they were making, but very upsetting when you're trying to get to bed.

Proximity to the beach is awesome. Every staff person is happy, kind, friendly, accommodating, will do whatever you ask. It's kept VERY clean! Have Cornhole games, shuffleboards, volleyball nets on beach, soccer goals. Tiki bar on the beach. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot, couple of waters every day, $15 free food, couple of free drink coupons. Family oriented hotel. We love it!!

Since it is an older hotel, you will see places that will not come clean (corners). If you're used to 5 star, you won't be happy, because it's an older hotel. It's not dirty at all, well maintained. Freshly painted. Cafe with bar, plus tiki bar that takes food orders.

Beach is phenomenal and Flippers cabana restaurant was great!

They are remodeling rooms on first floor beach side. The hallway doors have no lock. Wide access for anyone to enter. On our last night we witnessed 2 men going into the room below us. Security responded immediately to our phone call and they left but it was very disconcerting and we slept with the chair against our door. I'm sure as soon as the remodeling is done all will be fine but something like this should not occur.

Clean. Great location, right on the beach. Great places to eat within walking distance. Publix and CVS right across the street, very convenient. Cleaning service was excellent, room was cleaned twice.

Wish all rooms had a balcony, we had a good ocean view but would have loved a balcony Need to improve the beach bar, pretty bland and boring compared to other resort beach bars we visited. Resort fee of $45 seemed much since no upscale services. Did not eat at onsite restaurant so lost out on $15/ day credit. Did not need beach side drink service so did not care it was not offered Also nice you were not scolded for having your own drinks by the pool area and beach area. It gets expensive to buy drinks all day from the bar. Rooms were dated but clean and comfortable.
