The staff made everything easy and fun. Very good food in all the restaurants. The pools were nice, and we could always find a place to sunbathe.

The check in process. Two of us booked the property, but they only had my name listed. A credit card is used "for incidentals" but was charged $1906.00. upon check in. That hold caused my cc company to decline my check out payment. Incidentals are not 1900! And if they had told us that much would be put on the card, we would have provided two cards. Such a bummer after having a great vacation to go through this at check out.

This is my 6-7th time at Tradewinds. I came the first time when I toured it to hold my Management Conference there for 175 people and it was wonderful!!! I love the family atmosphere so I brought my son a few years back and he loves it! The pool activities and music were great for both kids and adults!! Your activity director is awesome and keeps both the kids and adults entertained. I was disappointed that due to weather that this is the 3rd year in a row we missed the Dive in Movie... Wish you would re-schedule it the next day for rain so guests who were counting on it during their stay do not miss out as I know it's offered only Thursday and Saturday nights.

The facilities are constantly being cleaned and I know how hard it is with the volume of people during the summer months. I always enjoy coming. I am excited to see the upgrades to the area where the restaurants were as we missed some of them while we were here this week! My only comment and I know it's hard to do is to upgrade the pools. They are getting outdated and broken tiles ... but other than that... it is a great place to go!

the pools were a lot of fun. We spent a lot of our stay in the water. The beach is amazing, all of that part is excellent. I think the sand is the softest I have felt anywhere. The mattresses were lovely, very comfortable. Service was great! Folks that work there seem happy, and glad to help. and they were helpful. My kids loved the water slide, and went down it many many times. The room cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Tom at the front desk was a great resource. and the lady in the deli shop really impressed us with her kindness and great attitude. loved her! The ducks were a lot of fun to feed.

the temperature of the pools were not consistent, so we would walk around looking for the warmest one for the one year old to play with us. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear- my closet door did not close. The mattresses were lovely, we all thought so, but the pillows were terrible. The other thing we would have loved, is a way to dry swim suits. our suits did not dry in the room at all, still damp when I needed to pack them to go home. and no freezer in the frig was not expected. Please have a way to find quarters for the duck food machines. front desk folks helped, but really were not excited about it, did not have quarters ready to make change with. The paddleboats had potential, but were difficult to steer and dragged bottom.

Location on beach, great a/c, nice views from balcony, kitchenette was helpful

Elevators were slow and broken half the time: parking difficult over holiday weekend so had to park at sister resort; outside needs updating. For the price, it felt pretty dated everywhere (except inside our room).

We loved the location of the property in proximity to the beach, pools, & entertainment for the kids.

My family and I were stuck in an elevator…& 2 of 4 elevators were not working for the whole length of our stay. This made it difficult to get up to our room on the 6th floor b/c everyone taking the elevator made the use of them much more congested.

I loved the view from our balcony. Loved the cabanas and staff was friendly. The beach was wonderful so we never went to the pools.

Property was beautiful. Cleaning staff could have been a little bit better however I think they were short staffed.

One thing I did enjoy, were the cabanas by the beach. The beach was also very clean and the staff at the adventure center were very kind.

I had to constantly ask for room service because I wasn't receiving it, and the bathrooms could've been cleaner. Didn't quite meet the expectations paid for.

We loved all the family friendly activities we could choose to do awhile At the resort. We regularly enjoyed playing in 3 of the 7 pools, my son painted a starfish at the art booth by the beach, and we tried many of the restaurants around and in the property.

I love that this was resort style if you did not want to leave the property you didn’t have to

the old thing that was strange was a dresser in our room being held up by wash clothes.

Food was mediocre at hotel restaurants Palm court ( Italian meal ) was really bad ; stick to fries and nachos and you’ll be happy
