Good location, good facilities, comfortable rooms. Valet was efficient and welcoming.

The service from the staff was fine and acceptable, however, coming from a hotel the previous night where the service was superb our experience was a bit of a let down e.g. no offer of a bell boy to take luggage to the room, only 2 from our party of 4 were offered a welcome drink, allocated rooms were incorrect (the wrong way round resulting in having to switch luggage from floor 2 to floor 7 and vice versa) and pool furniture being removed around us and packed up for the evening even though the pool was still open.

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.

I've traveled extensively and I think this was the best staff I've encountered. Everyone from the front desk to cleaning service to the bar/restaurant. Everyone was very professional and welcoming.

Not the fault of the hotel, but just know you really need a rental car to properly experience the area and the beach. The hotel provides beach towels and chairs, but not an umbrella. If you need shade, look for a beach with Oceanside Beach Services (they rent umbrellas). As for parking the car, the garages across the street are much less expensive for overnight parking. When we went in August, Palm Beach had too much seaweed. Jupiter Beach was beautiful (no umbrellas); Riviera Beach was also beautiful and had umbrella rental.

Hip, stylish and home to the beautiful people. Good location but pricey as are most things in West Palm Beach. Excellent friendly polite service from everyone. Hotel restaurant is nice but also lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again.

Very little. My one tiny niggle is that the shower pressure is pretty poor on the 7th floor. Concierge also not that present.

Loved the staff who were happy and engaging in every area of the hotel. From Charlie, the door man to the front desk to the pool/Spruzzo beverage folks.

you could have a business center. We both had to work and so did so from the room which was a bit tight and awkward when we had separate calls/meetings.

The staff were all exceptionally nice, in particular Ismeralda, Nicholas, Michael and the weekend Doormen. They went out of their way to assist me in a number of matters and ALWAYS DID IT WITH A NICE, SINCERE SMILE! Thanks again for a nice stay in West Palm Beach.

A wool blanket in the closet for cold natured people would be fine.

It is a beautiful hotel with two great casual restaurants. The staff was great and very attentive.

There were quite a few dogs on the property and for the most part it was great but the dog next to our room barked a lot. They don’t provide beach chairs for the beach only towels

The Ben is exceptional. Their breakfast is also amazing! I would definitely return. My friends and I had a blast. Tatiana at the front desk was our absolute favorite girl! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys!

We paid for 4 people however only 3 of us went. Our booking included breakfast but when we got to the property they said breakfast was only for 2 people. Showed them the booking and the issue was fixed. Not something I didn't like. Just thought to note it as an FYI.

The location was great and we had a room with a marina view and balcony. The facilities were first class and staff friendly and helpful

The price for valet parking a car, which at $48 is excessive. I did not use this facility and self parked at a parking lot 100 yards from hotel at $20 per night

We like our waiter G, he was so awesome. He was the best waiter, very pleasant to talk too

Housekeeping could be better. The toilet room need to wipe down, the walls and baseboards are dirty and dusty and she never replace the bathroom trash bag
