It was an easy walking distance to the beach. The room was very comfortable. It had a small kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker. I liked that beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were included in the room.
The hotel was old, Quaint and charming. The location was also great and convenient to walking distance to many restaurants.

The room/apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well designed. The owner (?) put the reservation in the system quickly which was super nice and very helpful to me since I was already there (thank you.) The location was perfect for me, I chose location b/c it's in walking distant to restaurants, shopping, museum, hotels, etc.
The building's interior decor needs to be redone/updated with new carpet, paint job, upholstery, etc. A beautiful building that needs a little TLC.

The location was terrific, as was the price for Palm Beach. There was no breakfast included, but having a Publix supermarket across the street was terrific!
The room was much smaller than expected. Not sure I would have stayed there if I had known. It might be good to include room size in the listing.

I liked the overall look of the condo. Loved the location. It was very clean. I loved the vintage building and the facilities. Overall a great value in Palm Beach.
The right window blinds were broken...letting in a lot of light. There was no light in the closet...hard to see especially at night. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

My room was modern and tastefully designed. Loads of space in the bathroom for cosmetics. Closet had more towels, beach accessories, ironing board etc. Coffee machine. This place literally had everything I needed!
There was no cloth or sponge to wash dishes.

I loved the room! It exceeded my wildest dreams! Absolutely met all my needs and the balcony was perfect, day and night I was able to feel the soft and warm Florida air!
The carpets were going to be cleaned in the common areas! They needed to be freshened up! It might have started but never finished! The stairs needed to be cleaned, too!

Staff was friendly, location was convenient and valet was nice to have. Our condo was nice, had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach. Shower had good pressure.
No broom or dust pan, no oven just a hot plate. Door slams pretty hard/loud. Could have few more beach towels.

Smelled musty and less attention given to upper floor upkeep than downstairs. Maintenance and repair work was ongoing and pool was not open

Fantastic facilities. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay and relax. Great location to be able walk to most attractions nearby, including the beach.
