Nice hotel, easy in and out. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were better than in other Hampton Inns. A unique feature was a duck (blue-winged teal) seems to have been tamed by guests and hangs out by the entrance. Staff were super friendly. There is a nice restaurant for burgers next door.

It is a little hard to get in and out. For example, to head south requires crossing 3 lanes and making a U-turn (there is a left hand light that facilitate it). Still it is a problem.

Check in was easy gentleman behind counter was super nice and informative, room was clean, the fridge did not work, we didn't need it however we let them know at check out it did not work. Needed some pool towels asked a young man where they were and after we went back out to the pool the chairs all had a pool towels on them! Pool was nice and clean used the hot tub for a bit. Overall a great stay!

The fridge didn't work and the toilet seat was very loose. The one elevator is not working.

The breakfast was good. a little bit more offered than your regular breakfast at other hotels. One of the mornings the turkey links were not cooked all the way. One of our family members got an upset/sour stomach because of that.

It appears to be a clean building with clean rooms.

We were not told that a deposit would be due at check in. If my adult daughter, who I reserved the room for, did not have a credit card this would have presented a problem as I prepaid for the room online for her stay. The hotel would not take my credit card for the deposit over the phone. It would have been nice if the hotel allowed me to pay for the deposit online when paying for the room. At the very least, they should have notified me of a required deposit. It's not the deposit that is the issue, it's the fact that if my daughter didn't have a credit card she would have been unable to stay and possibly stranded. I feel that the hotel could have done a better job with this ---- overall nice stay, but this was not a great way to start things out.

Everything was well-kept. I had a few issues in my room on my first day and they were on top of it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast seems to change for some of the hot items daily and it’s very clean. coffee and tea available all day.

The shower in the King Jacuzzi suite is very tight spaced, so there’s nowhere to move away from the water, so as you’re soaping up it comes right off.

I requested a handicap room. None available. The walk to my room was horrendous. Not a convenient space for me at all as I could hardly walk. Also, the side door to enter the building has no handicap ramp at all anywhere. The seal on the refrigerator door was broken. The room was extremely hot and had to change my room at 2 AM.

Spacious suite, decent breakfast. was good for one night.

Room was not cleaned very well, there was an old room key on the floor, not sheets for the sofa bed. Found used sheets on the sofa bed. everything else seemed ok.

Rooms were nice and big. Bed comfortable. Good wifi. Fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. No noise on the 6th floor. Free parking. Breakfast was limited due to covid19 which was ok. I only had breakfast twice and ate out. Free water when you asked for it. Elevator were broken pretty often. 1 elevator takes forever. Some of the housekeeping weren't the best. Only took the tip but didn't clean. But not all of them. Some did a great job and made me stay really comfortable. You definitely need a car as there's not much around. Would come back here.

They had a large variety of foods, the assortments was excellent. Their was something for everyone. From hot foods to cold foods, I enjoyed the selecting what I wanted to have for breakfast.

The staff were so pleasant and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. Our room was spacious (possibly because we wound in a suite). We would stay here again in a heart beat.
