Wyndham Boca Raton Hotel

We love this Wyndahm. I've been staying here when I have traveled to Florida for some years now. My mom is 90 and loves the studio suites where she can sit on the patio and read and relax I'm the kitchenette area. The construction near the highway is obviously not welcoming but hopefully it will be completed soon. I need to inquire about wyndham rewards so that I can begin to apply to my stay

The construction in the area. Also, I don't mean to speak negatively towards your staff but a few times when i was in the workout room, some housekeeping staff came in the room and talked on their phones. They weren't unpleasant, it was just a bit distracting while doing a customized workout on the treadmill

The shower drain didn't work well and the water stayed in the tub. I had to call the maintenance staff. Just arrived in the room after many hours of driving ... it is not the best to have to wait for the arrival of the maintenance personnel. These things should be reported to the cleaning staff. They didn't clean my room after the first night. Absurd. Housekeeping should be more thorough. I found a lot of hair on the floor. Rude and bloodless cleaning staff. But what does it take to be a little more kind and offer a smile?

Great location right next to the highway and the university. Well-decorated hallways and mostly modern facilities. Have to pay for the on-site cafe and restaurant (the latter is quite expensive) but overall a great choice for business and family visits.

The room AC is a bit old and loud. The elevator is somehow slow. Many parking spots are not shaded, so cars can get very hot (almost skin-burning) if left out there for half a day.

I liked the service, clean room, pool and jacuzzi, food options in the close proximity of the hotel.

I needed to change my reservation (missed my flight), wasn't informed there will be a cancellation fee for the first night of my original stay. Only noticed the cancellation fee on the final bill. The bill was $250+ higher than expected (than the price I had seen in the booking.com confirmation and emails). To be fair the terms and conditions did mention the cancellation fee. I just wasn't sure if it will be charged when I didn't cancel the stay - rather changed the dates. It would be nice if I was informed clearly about the cancelation fee when making the modification request or checking in - or in the booking.com confirmation emails - so that it is not a surprise.

the location is fantastic the pool area is lovely and having the ambience of the farmers table outside seating gives the hotel a nice vibe.

we had an issue with our room being situated on the first floor near a gate which lead to the car park, the manageress was excellent and moved our rooms without any fuss

Exceptionally clean. Located close enough to where I needed to be. Cost a little less than I had expected, especially on short notice. Also, I like the fact there is some decent food that is easily accessible. The coffee shop had good pastries and coffee. Too often, there is overpriced full breakfasts, or food that is bland. This shop, surely "hit the spot" for me. No need to leave the hotel, to get my morning meal.

General things in the area, related to driving and parking. None of which was the hotel's fault. Lots of road construction.

Location is perfect with a great restaurant Farmers Table on site and Houston’s within walking distance. Check in was quick and staff friendly. After a long flight and a late checkin we were disappointed to find the shower pressure very low, first thing the next morning we mentioned the pressure to the front desk and went out for the day. Upon return the shower head had been replaced with a new one and pressure was perfect, so an immediate response to our complaint. Washing machines and dryers are available on site and detergent (enough for one load) is available at the front desk. Coffee shop on the first floor is a great way to start the day.

The room was clean and well-maintained. I have severe allergies and advised the hotel in advance, and with that, they made sure the room was clean. I did not use the pool or go to the restaurant; I was only there for three days and had to work off-site. I like Boca Raton and will stay at the Wyndham again. The staff, Brandon and Josh, were friendly and welcoming.

Loved the pool area and the convenience of the restaurant on the premises. The pillows are insane comfortable and the air quality in the rooms are great! The food at the restaurant is healthy too! There also is a gym upstairs! Also, close driving or waking distance even to many great restaurants!

My family has been staying at the Wyndham for five years now. We knew after covid things would be a little different however, we were less then pleased with our stay. The hotel remains beautiful but the things that were allowed to go on was just not ok. We were at the pool with our two year old and the other hotel guests were smoking weed and using profanity while children were swimming in the pool. Our last morning at the hotel the bathroom door got stuck and I was stuck in the bathroom for 45 minutes before my husband couldn’t get the door open and we had to call maintenance at 6 am. Needless to say this was a disappointing trip as we have stayed here many times and we will not be returning next year.
