I highly recommend Sonesta Select Boca Raton for anyone visiting on a business trip or just for pleasure. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay ❤️ The hotel itself boasts an impressive range of facilities, making it a perfect choice for both work and relaxation. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and business centers. The room was spacious, providing ample space to unwind after a long day. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay and would gladly choose Sonesta Select Boca Raton again in the future 😊

Did not have breakfast at the hotel but purchased snacks at the little market within the hotel. We used the pool and sauna daily. All staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Because we requested a king bed our walk to the room was extremely long—especially for my husband who was wearing a boot cast up to his knee. The staff was willing to accommodate us with a different room but we declined when we were told there were not rooms with king beds closer to the elevator.

Nice room, clean and comfortable, very well decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked the location, just off the main drag and freeway.

Housekeeping is not done on a daily basis unless you request a "refresh," which isn't a full housekeeping. I've noticed that more hotels are doing this, but I'm not sure why we this should be the new normal. Breakfast "appeared" to be complimentary, but is actually not. Everything is a la carte - you pay for each item you want. We passed and got our own breakfast outside the hotel.

front desk staff is great, great pantry stocked w snacks and wine/beer/non alcoholic beverages, the pool is gorgeous and relatively quiet. the gym was a bit small and the lobby hallway needed a vacuum, but overall it offers great value and you can easily visit so many places nearby! plus restaurants like Seasons 52 and Houston's are close walking distance.

The staff here is amazing. I’m drawn to hotels were the staff is accommodating, welcoming and ensure you’re comfortable. They call me by my name and go out of their way. I wasn’t feeling well and Natalie at the front desk personally found me tea to help my cold symptoms.

I just wish microwaves were in the room. I always request a lower floor to be more accessible to their market where the microwave is.

Breakfast was supposed to be included according to booking.com, it wasn't. No shower chair in the bathroom as promised on booking.com. I was highly disappointed about that. The room door was very heavy as expected but a handicap room needs the handicap button to open doors, it was very hard to do in a wheelchair.

Didn't eat the breakfast. Beds were good, room was clean and comfortable.

The TV turned off several times by itself this morning. When I checked out, I asked the person at the front desk about it and was told that the hotel was having some trouble with the electricity and sometimes, the doors/TV's etc don't work until the generator kicks in...and that the electricity is under maintenance at this time. That was my only complaint. Sometimes, it took several times for me to get the key card to open my door, and it was annoying that the TV kept turning off this morning.

Staff especially on the reception desk Location Manager very nice and helpful . Pool lovely and great washing and drying facilities.

No real breakfast facilities and what they have could easily be given as part of the package . You have to request the rooms to be cleaned and you also have to ask for fresh towels . Rubbish is left outside your door daily no new bags given when collected.

I only have one complaint and about the room not having a microwave, my family had to go down to the desk to put the child's milk to heat up the rest, congratulations, the price is good

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. A special mention for Johnston on reception, he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Good food and shopping options convenient to the hotel if you didn't fancy going far. The hotel has recently changed hands, looks like Sonesta will do a bit of upgrading. It was as advertised, a decent mid-price stay which suited us for our work travel.

We would have sat outside had there been an area of shade, or umbrellas in the outdoor tables.
