The location was perfect and the room was clean.

I paid for an extended late checkout. Went out for brunch and my key would not work. Parked near my room and had to walk all around to the front. When I advised the desk associate...she said "oh" what time did you say??? And updated the key...no apology or anything. This was the same person who advised of cost for late checkout and too the info hours before.

I was met with a warm welcome when I entered the lobby. Checking in was effortless. The manger on duty was very helpful and when he realized it was my birthday, wished me a happy birthday. The overall front desk attendant and manager were some of the friendliness people I have ever encountered in a hotel stay! The room was fun and great - bed was comfortable. The buffalo wings from the in-house restaurant were delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Aloft.

Wasn't really anything that I didn't like. Everything seemed to be taken well care of for my stay.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, pleasant with an updated design, it was close to down town and within walking distance to a great strip mall. The staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Loved everything, wish breakfast was included and that there would be a microwave in the room The bathroom door was extremely heave and had issues closing and opening.

I've been travelling a lot more recently for work and I loved everything about my A Loft experience. It will be my preferred travel lodging going forward. I was able to take my wife on this trip and it was nice enough for both business and a nice getaway. It was modern, clean and user friendly. I loved the luggage carts. Our receptionist was helpful, friendly and genuinely pleasant. But what I most enjoyed was the noon check out. We were weary from travel and to be able to sleep in before a long day ahead on the road was worth every penny. Thank you.

Having a hard time finding literally a single issue with our stay. We loved it.

one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! the staff was so nice, wasn’t going to arrive to my hotel til 2 AM, I called them to let them know & they were very helpful to let me know that they’ll be someone to be there while I check in, very clean, bed was comfortable, hot water, overall really nice hotel. would definitely stay again when in the area!

The location of this hotel was immaculate! We were headed to a concert at the Ameris Amphitheatre and we were so close to the venue. The hotel is clean and the staff was very kind. We would definitely stay here again should we visit the amphitheater.

Nothing, everything was great!

We chose Aloft Alpharetta to stay at because we were attending a show at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. The hotel is in a perfect location just over a mile from the venue. The rooms were perfect and the staff were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only negative and honestly it's insignificant, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and hadn't been replaced. Honestly a non issue.

I loved everything the beds were really comfortable the showers were nice, the tv was nice I loved it and will definitely be coming back for future trips near that location

The room I stayed in didn’t have a microwave that’s the only thing I didn’t like but it wasn’t a big deal.

Property was very clean and staff was welcoming.

Room was not as spacious as I would have liked. Shower had no place for my own personal soap. Only had their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on wall. Would have been nice if there was a slot for my own personal soap.

The bar, pool table, and entire lobby area were very comfortable. Me and my coworkers have enjoyed our stay and our evening playing pool together. Availability of drinks and complimentary coffee was a cherry on top.

I had a hard time figuring out where I was supposed to turn off the light right above the bed that was illuminating the entire room. After a while I found out that the master switch was the one responsible.
