Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater and Restaurants. Bed was comfy.

The maids and janitorial staff were phenomenal! Very helpful, friendly and kind. The front desk staff were not real warm and fuzzy. I had an issue during my stay. I lost my car key. Had to call a tow truck and deal with car dealership. It was a nightmare. I had to stay an extra night. I tried to explain that I may need help, but ultimately no one cared. But, I guess maybe that’s just “City Folk?” I am from a small south GA town. In my city hotel staff would’ve bent over backwards to help.

Walking into an extra cool, comfortable room was such a welcome relief from the scorching heat and humidity. Parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast included and only 1.8 miles from my destination. The bed was nice, the pillows were a bit soft and I wish they had a few more but it's not an issue. I would suggest bringing an extra pillow if you're used to sleeping with one between your knees. Check out was a breeze and I would absolutely stay here again.

The bathroom door had no lock, it just shuts much like a closet door. Kind of weird. The tub/shower could pose a slipping hazard, perhaps a rubber bathmat would help? The elevator seemed to take longer than one would expect.

Front desk clerk argued with the other clerk about how she was not entering the info into the computer correctly ! She was very disrespectful to the other clerk that was just trying to do it correctly! It made my wife & I very uncomfortable! If she wants to correct the other clerk , she needs to not be nasty & just correct it without nasty remarks in front of guests checking in ! Regarding the room , the light near the shower did not work , bulb blown out which made the shower very dark !!

Everything was super well and easy to manage. We had great view from our room which my dad loved and found comforting. My dad really enjoyed the fact my bed was like hidden from the door. All you could see was his bed so he felt safer like that.

Elevator could be a little better. Did sound like it was about to break a few times. We were almost scared to ride it a few times but took our chances lol

I didn’t like my stay for one reason it was to loud In front of my room and next doors yelling and screaming hearing one women saying some explicit things she wanted him to do. As well a guy asking this women for money to let her out the room. I couldn’t get rest. I rather just have a region

Everyone we spoke to during our stay was very nice! The young lady who checked us in was helpful in finding us something to eat. I liked that there was coffee available even tho it was in the evening. Breakfast was alright. The breads seemed dry and I wish they had eggs, but everything else was good. The rooms were clean and it was quiet! Loved the bathroom updates.

The breakfast selection was ok. The breads were hard and there was sausage but no eggs? I feel like the TV could have been bigger.

Loved everything about this hotel very convenient location to shopping restaurants and recreational activities. Topgolf and Dave & Buster's are very short distance away Chick-fil-A and Steak and Shake are walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable the rooms were extremely clean and cozy and the suite was very spacious.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff and decent parking.

This isn't so much the hotel but a sports team of teenagers stayed on the same floor as me and there were slamming doors and yelling up to 3am so not very sound proof or resistant. Could here every conversation at the pool from the 3rd floor. So only complaint was noise level.

I liked the staff's great attitudes! The hotel was nice and clean! It was a nice quiet stay except for being able to hear the quests on either side of me using the bathrom. Thank you!

The walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors use the bathroom!

Well the bed was so comfy that the husband and I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. The location was two minutes from the mall which was amazing. Usually we have to plan restaurants for dinner and being close to the mall we knew exactly where we would dine for the night.

There is only one elevator and it takes forever to go up and down. I'd think with 6 floors they should have at least 2 elevators.
